Hotel Iliana

Clean, central.

Breakfast was poor. No allocated parking. You park on the street.

This is a nice hotel in the center of the town. Located in a narrow street. The room was nicely furnished and very clean. The private bathroom had a tube. The beds comfortable and super clean. The hotel had restaurant but we didn't test it. There is no private parking, the street in front of the hotel is narrow and often full, but we found parking space around the corner. The Booking app took us to a different location but Google maps has right location.P.s.The town of Filippiada didn't look very attractive when we arrived in late evening, but it turn out to be a nice place in the morning. The location of the hotel is great for exploring Kokkinopilos and Roman aqueduct of Nicopolis.

Eleni and Vasilli were very helpful and kind. They worked in the hospitality area, serving the bar and restaurant area.The location was good, easy to find.

The man behind the front desk was rude. I had prepaid for breakfast and the elderly man insisted I hadn't, he wanted to charge us again. He embarrassed me, I felt like he thought I wanted a free meal. 3 days into our 10 day stay I found my receipt for it and showed it to him. He didn't apologize.The beds were uncomfortable.The shower head support piece was broken. This made it difficult to shower.The shower doors were missing too. I purchased a shower curtain to keep the bathroom dry and avoid slipping!The Air conditioner was not working.

The cleaning ladies were too loud very early in the morning, so they woke me up a couple of times. The second pillow was too hard and uncomfortable.

The staff were friendly. The room was clean and comfy. The bathroom was clean and the towels had a pleasant aroma. The hotel is spotted in a great location in Philippiada which is relatively close to Arta. The coach station is right next to it. A value for money option. The breakfast is offered in a good price. The mattress was relatively good, and the pillows were even better!

The food could improve, and especially the salad!

The parking is public on the street (no fees), but there are plenty of species.The lights into the bathroom could be enhanced.

Nice and clean place, it's not super luxury but everyone was very friendly, the air conditioning works good, th bathroom was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was good.

There is no special place for parking, only street one (but it was avalaible).

Nice little hotel. Clean room, comfortable beds, good airconditioning, working wifi-connection. Balcony facing street next to hotel. Breakfast included.

No shower curtain.

Restaurant was good, large portions.

Smoking was allowed inside, even in a non-smoking room you could smell cigarettes due to the ventilation/airco system. As non-smoker, this wasn't pleasant, hence resulting the lower review score.Slept well, but woke up with back pain due to the soft beds.

Far too noisy to sleep

Far too noisy, motorbikes and cars running till late. Poor window insulation no sleep

I came late with the bus from Tirana and unfortunately the bus stopped at the gas station outside of the city. When calling the hotel a guy picked me up there and drove me to the hotel. I really appreciated that. Thank you! Apart from that, I only spent one short night and everything was ok.

The air condition fan was so loud that I wouldn't have been able to sleep. Did turn it down then it was ok. Didn't tried to get it fixed because it was late and I was tired. So don't know if it could have been fixed.

The shower was broken at the suite. He was not fix it until i left.

Great breakfast - everything was fresh, tasty and ready for our early leave. We had quite a late check in as well, but it went without any issues - kind and helping staff was there for us. Room was clean, silent and everything went better as expected.

Excellent choice for travelers as us, on the way from north west to peloponnese. Located few minutes from the highway, free parking, rooms are simple, but very comfy and cleen. staff is very communicative and helpful. breakfast is satisfying.

No kettle in the room.
