Great beachfront hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, much appreciate the comfortable room and the magnificent panorama from my balcony; everything was perfect!! Nea Anchialos is a lovely town with a very arresting history and Tokalis hotel already existed over 30 years ago; it's a place with much character ! The hotel and its staff helped make my short stay memorable ! The surroundings are great for long walks along the sea or into the couuntryside.

Smell of cigarettes in the room. Cold shower.

I did not had the breakfast.It was noisy in the morning sometimes.Smoke on the corridor every evening,some guys were smoking inside the hotel i think.I had ants inside my room.

They could keep open the spa center, the sauna is super fine after summer time.Every facility in the hotel was closed, even the restaurant.

Everything was perfect for a short stay. Very polite staff and spatious rooms. We booked a 3-bed room and got upgraded to a two-room unit for free. Good internet, fine working AC and perfect, soundproof windows :)

So close to the beach. Swimming pool was good enough. Staff was nice.

Nice hotel with a sea view, right across the beach. Very polite and friendly receptionist and stuff. Clean room and nice terrace. Very nice, fresh breakfast. Since we were visiting the place out of season period, it was very calm, relaxing and lovely stay.

Personally, the bed and especially the pillows were not quite comfortable, too tick for us. Everything else was good!

Great location and excellent balcony with sea view rooms, sea was just across the street and restaurants in immediate close by. Family run hotel which was in excellent condition and staff could not have been more pleasant. Breakfast was good, and given very nice Greek coffee due coffee machine being inoperative at the time.

First line hotel in N. Anchialos, convenient location.

Room too small, quite outdated furniture, double beds, very basic bathroom, basic breakfast.

The hotel was one of the few open in the area during the time when we travelled. It's located near the sea, the staff is very friendly. The hotel was clean, the outside facility is renovated.

The rooms are very small and and old, somehow they don't match with the way how the facility itself looks. Also bathroom was very outdated...still the room was clean. It was very difficult for 2 people to move in the room, it was really small....I'm not talking about placing a suitcase somewhere - we only brought the necessary things from the car and the rest remained in the car. Luckily we stayed only one night.

Don't stay here. No away. This hotel should not function.

The room was smelly and filthy. The paint from the walls was falling due to a floading from the above fliar that didn't happen recently. I just coulnd't sleep, had to go in the middle of the night.

Breakfast was very good,the rooms were very clean,the staff was very nice.

there was a bit of noise, because a children's camp was accommodated in the hotel

Location excellent. Breakfast plenty but not to our taste.

Very noisy in the hotel. No soundproofing. Rooftop pool unkempt which is a pity because a lot of money had been spent on this facility. The beach opposite the hotel was dirty. Hotel staff were available at the beach and should have been utilised to clean up daily.

Friendly welcome, and from outside and, in the public areas, a very inviting hotel.

The bedroom was clean but rather tired and the bathroom was really small and dated with a poor shower. The extractor fan seemed to be impossible to stop and so we took out the card from the electric switch. We didn't actually need to as the hotel suffered at least 2 power outages in the morning. One of these led to the electronic lock to the room failing to lock

The location is excellent, right in front of the beach and very close to restaurants and cafes, though very quiet when we visited. Didn’t get a chance to try the breakfast buffet because we were in a hurry. The staff was very accommodating and pleasant. To use the words of my four-year old son:”mum, I want us to go back to that hotel again very soon!”

No complaints, everything was in place and as should be during our short stay.
