    Pros +

    • We stayed in the hotel rooms because we were traveling with a young baby and elderly couples with mobility issues. The rooms were pretty big and comfortable.
    • The indoor swimming pool was great. The water was warm. It was good for the kids, too.The dinner was good. They prepared multiple dishes of different tastes. The place was quiet and great for relaxing
    • The whole facility is kind of impressive for European standards. It is huge and has many options for families with kids. The bed was also super confortable and rooms are of a good size with a lot of light.

    Cons -

    • Room was too Cold. Restaurant staff was poor for a RESORT. Food was marginally adequate.
    • Despite the rooms being big and fancy, it’s dusty. Not good if you have allergies. During our stay the main elevator was broken, and the main reason for us to stay at the hotel was the accessibility. It feels that the property tries to capitalize on every single possible thing. You basically have to pay for everything that is available there. You pay for bowling, for mini golf, for pony ride, even for the kids to go into a trampoline. Oh not to forget the extra bed for a baby. Despite the description “of available beds for babies”, it’s another 30$.The “petting zoo” is a joke. There are just a few sheep and a goat. The goat is pretty aggressive and doesn’t want to be touched, basically attacking whoever comes close. Even the area is written “enter at your own risk”. The sheep just run away from anyone. But in all honesty I don’t think anyone wants to touch them. The place looked disgusting, with animal shit all over the place. Seemed like no one cleaned the are for a month. Also the poor animals had kilos of shit hanging on their fur. I am not even sure how this is even allowed. The food in the a la carte restaurant is not worthy. You pay 26$ for a steak and it was hard and chewy. The buffet was also super overpriced for its quality, 30$. Maybe good for villagers who usually don’t have the opportunity to taste “Asian” or “Italian” food. These were the only options. But if you come from a big city, and you have access to these sorts of cosine, for sure in your worst experience you have tasted better. Finally the staff. With the exception of a few immigrants staffers, most of the staff was super unfriendly. Borderline impolite! Every time we would ask for something, they answer with some sort of disdain. The receptionist “you again”. And all we asked was: WiFi, where’s the pool, where we get towels and where’s the elevator. The cowboy with the horses when we asked about rabbits just talked back on us.
    • The mattress was not goodThe breakfast was normal, and the same every day.

The whole facility is kind of impressive for European standards. It is huge and has many options for families with kids. The bed was also super confortable and rooms are of a good size with a lot of light.

We booked a room through booking for 2 adolts and 1 kid 2 years old. On the picture we received as our room there was one extra bed and there were no wording about extra payment. However, we asked about baby bed through out the messages, and they said this needs to be paid extra 29 euros for a baby crib, if we want an extra bed that is paid 30 euros. We were a bit surprised as there were no wording about it in the booking as it was clear that it was 3 of us and the picture of our room already had extra bed. However, we told them if there is any extra payment we do not want any extra bed, we have it all in the messages here on booking. When we came late in the night, we came to our room which was the one from the photos in our booking and it had an extra bed. We thought they understood their mistake and they still gave us a room from our booking. But in the morning on the check out, they requested that we pay 30 eur extra for this bed. Whatever we said, or showed the messages and our booking, they were still claiming we need to pay. Therefore, we cannot be 100% satisfied with this booking as we felt a bit tricked in the middle of Europe. We think this amount should be refunded to us either by booking or by the hotel.

The house was spacious and well designed, outside playground is nice

The level of cleanliness and hygiene was not very high.. lots of dog droppings on the grass.. swimming pool partially in maintenance in the middle of the summer.. NO WIFI in the cottage. Not all staff members speak English.

Convenient location, many activities for kids.

Our bed linen was all covered in hair - not 1-2 hairs, but really a lot. I had to ask for a change for 3 times - no action. End game I came to reception and took linen myself and changed myself. Also, houses are not cozy - little shelf space and white sky light all around.

The resort ist perfect for a relaxing time with families. The entire facility is well kept, very spacious apartments (very well equipped) and it offers many options for entrainment. The pool is included which is great.

The staff could be more accommodating and willing to explain all the options the resort has to offer. The fact that buffet was not available for a small family of 4 (if not booked in advance), despite many empty tables. I'll recommend having 2 slots for dinner and breakfast when the hotel is full. Nevertheless this is a great resort and value for money. Will definitely recommend.

Nice object with great amenities. Very quiet

No towels were included. This might make sense for a cottage but should have been made clear during reservation

It was a great experience overall, with many adventures, the kids enjoyed the stay, the pool, we had a few remarks that we've told the staff and they were very responsive and helpful. I warmly recommend the place.

The network isn't that great because is remote, but it's nice to be disconnected from the internet from now and then to get a good rest.

Unless you get 2 rooms for the price of one, do not stay there

Highly overpriced. Worst rooms - definitively not 38 square meters. Rooms poorly designed (light switches behind doors and lamps etc), bath room clean, however, very scruffy. Nespresso coffee not available. Noisy ventilation outside the room. Bathroom ventilation also very noisy and lengthy.

    location

The staff was very rude and unprofessional, very low level of service. on top of that non of them spoke English.

WE LOVED IT!The bed is so comfortable! Best sleep in a long time. The 24 hour desk!! For a 01:00 AM arrival, a smiling face was priceless! The bathroom has everything we needThe location is right next to the Tesla charging station The indoor pool The facilities This hotel knows how to hotel. It gives the feeling that someone really took care and time to design everything in the room, anything to make a stay comfortable. We’re so grateful!

It's quiet, clean, organised, live Musik/ DJGood atmosphere.Mini Supermarket and the prices are ok.

In the Holiday Homes , no enough Facilities eg. Towels, Stuffs for cleaning Utencils and Tishwippers/ Towels.

    8Anne-kathrinPosted on: 11-7-2022

Accommodation and facilities were very good. Supermarket was very well stocked and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Damages in and around pool area not guarded off or attended to. Staff needs to be approached for any kind of assistance in Restaurant and Hotel areas. On check-in only paper/key handover, no additional information or help offered for first time stays.

traveling from our city apartment in Hamburg, our stay in a lovely clean house with huge space outside for my toddler to run and play was refreshing. We loved the house we had right on the edge of the resort overlooking the forest. It was very peaceful and quiet as the off season had just began. Unfortunately we missed the Kids Club season by 1 day but there was still plenty to keep the children entertained. We had great fun in the Erlebnisbad. The restaurant and Plaza are beutiful. The staff were friendly, especially the ladies in the Spa where I had a very relaxing massage for my Birthday. We ate in the Ala Carte on my birthday evening - BBQ Buffet. It was ok but it was too expensive to eat there everyday. I did however get my birthday meal for free (min 4 people ordering) which is a nice touch.

Price of breakfast and food. For a family on a budget, unrealistic

    Very good

The kitchen area was quite dark at night because the lights were small and weak.

    8ChristofferPosted on: 7-23-2022

Nice spacious room and big windows that let in plenty of light in. Fun aqua park and good breakfast

In the description it said ‘private balcony’, which was a bit of a stretch seeing as we were sharing on big balcony with all the other rooms. We had looked very much forward to the aqua park, but one of the three big slides were unfortunately closed.

    5SorinaPosted on: 2-28-2022

Our 3rd stay there, we keep coming back for the kids facilities. All s spacious and clean, great breakfast buffet and pool facilities. My 4 yr old couldn’t get enough of the water slides.

At check-in we were screamed at by the receptionist with regards to the hotel’s Covid rules which we missed reading ahead of booking, as they were present only on the hotel’s website, not on booking.com. Everything had an easy solution in the end, but the angry receptionist just kept on screaming, even agitated my 4 year old. A manager passed by not intervening at all, which made me think screaming at guests is normal practice there. In addition, we booked an extra bed for the child, confirmed with 25eur extra cost, which wasn’t in the room. The same receptionist said there aren’t any extra beds in the hotel (!!) and that it’s not her problem that my 4 year old doesn’t have a bed. By that time we were fuming, so we let it go. Had a terrible night sleeping all 3 in one bed. Also, most of the activities are not open on Sunday (pet zoo, pony riding, bike rental, etc). We were glad to leave this time, sadly

Even it was first asked as over booking problems, they let us stay in beautiful cottage. Good facilities, enjoyed a lot??

No towel!!!!! Never had hotel without towel in my life???? you need to put al least one towels for each then ask for extra for extra fees.
