Very nice apartment for family. Lots of room. Great stuff! We loved the location

Breakfast was very simple.

It was better than expected, pretty location, comfortable rooms, great food and pleasant hosts.

Restaurant and food was very good

Internet was very slow and not working.Rooms architecture and furniture is very old and needs to be update.

Very welcoming staff, and the restaurant had a variety of choices. The room is cozy, had everything I needed for a one night stay. Will come back again next time.

Beautiful Room with nice view and terrace. Five minutes walk from the hotsprings and 15 minute car from Feldberg ski station. Nice, affordable restaurant and rich breakfast in the morning.

Excellent family hotel. We took a large family room (there are all so zimmer/small room) - it was lovely and equipped with everything. Don't miss the restaurant in the hotel with the local food (sperribs bbq we're grate). Take a walk in the village... Grate location to tour the surrounding area.

The staff were extremely helpful and were so accommodating. The food was exceptional, with lots of choice. As we were staying for a few nights, it was a great touch having a free travel card to use. We were able to use this to visit Freiburg via train, which was easy and a nice way to get to see the beautiful landscape without the worry of navigating the city with our bikes! We were also able to get a discount using our card when we booked to go to the alpine coaster at Hassenhorn, which was awesome fun!!

There was nothing that we didn't like. If there was anything to say, it would only be the walk-up to the main reception area, but that wasn't a real problem. We certainly did a few steps over the time we stayed!

It's a very welcoming and charming hotel. It's in a pretty and quiet location. The staff are friendly, the rooms clean. Also the food and bar drinks are good quality. It was great value.

The rooms need a little updating. The main issue was the quality of the bed mattresses. Past their best and far too soft, so one wakes up with backache from the lack of support.Secondly the curtains are very light, so you will be woken early by sunshine.Finally, the Wi-Fi is very slow and not reliable.A few simple updates in the rooms would bring this to a top-hotel!

Nice hotel in the black forest. Lot of nature to explore. Dog friendly. Nice room with balcony. Good breakfast. Nice and friendly staff. Good restaurant. Parking for free.

For us all was good, no complaints. When opening window during the night it was a big noisy ... but ... the noise was a small stream passing the hotel ... that is what you surely need to accept when booking a hotel in nature :-)

Friendly, helpful staff. Quiet, restful location, a short jaunt to the thermal bath. Nice the room was heated for arrival. Dinner was excellent.

Charming family-run hotel in a beautiful, peaceful Black Forest town. The managers & staff are exceedingly warm & friendly. Breakfast and dinner quite good. Rooms comfortable and clean. You can hike up to the Herzoghorn, one of the best views in Germany, from the front door. Definitely recommended!

Fantastic place, with modern, comfortable rooms, exceptionally pleasant staff, and great breakfast.If we are in the area, surely will stay there again.

We stayed at the family suite on the third floor, very very nice room with wonderful view .. 2 bedrooms and 2 showers.Loved it!!

Breakfast was poor,Location was problematic, close to everything but very dangerous to drive when dark.

The games room was great in the evening and when it rained.

The rooms were in need of refurbishment - dated decor, lights, bathroom and beds. Breakfast was nice but not very exciting with little variation over the week and needed some nice fruit.

The suite was very large and comfortable. The view was amazing. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living room and kitchen were well furnished and equipped. The kitchen also had an oven and dishwasher. Everything was super clean. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good.

Very steep entrance and also lots of stairs leading to the reception. The elevator is only from the reception and to the rooms so you need to lift your luggage up the stairs.No A/C in the suite, so in August it could get really hot during the day and also at night.

Stunning hotel, extremely tasty and huge portions in the restaurant. Friendly staff.

Maybe needs a sign to say the car park is opposite and not up a very steep hill.

My family stayed at the hotel for 4 nights and it was very enjoyable. We got a new apartment equipped with everything you need. We were really pleasantly surprised and would love to come back
