- Unique but exceeded our expectations. Hosts were wonderful. The common facilities were clean, comfortable and more than adequate. The chargepoint in the parking lot was convenient as well.
- Breakfast cooked to order, large common room with kitchen and private showers.
- Super friendly and welcoming hosts. Fantastic hospitality and set up with the sleeping barrels. Sauna was an absolute treat, would highly recommend this place to anybody passing through this area. Thanks again Torsten & Signe

- No electricity inside the lodge, though everything is available in a social room in the main building. No heating. Which in case of low temperature feels a bit like in a tent.
- It was a bit of hassle to have to use the keys to open the common area with the showers, coffee etc. A code system could be easier ? Also an upgrade to make the place a bit more comfortable would make it better to stay there for a while on a rainy day such as we had…
- There was no stove, just a microwave to cook and some extra lights in the barrels might me useful

Nice seaview, nice smell of the wood inside. Unique shape. The window is just next to the pillow - as you wake up, you instantly see the sea

The setting of these barrels is really amazing ! We had a most beautiful sunset and we loved the cosyness of the sleeping barrel with the lovely views over the harbor and the fjord ! We highly recommend it…
