All new houses with nice surrounding.

I gave only 5 because I had unpleasant situation. In one bathroom stank really badly. Only on the last day service team has fix the problem. Later the Stench was in the whole house. That's how we spend the New Year time. I hope nobody of you will get some of the house with such problem.

Spacious apartment, clean and modern.

Be aware of extra charges for bedding, towels etc. Sauna small for the number of people there and not that clean.

Very modern and good looking cottage. Convenient, equipped in everything you might need.

After 10h drive by car and arriving late evening, I would appreciate that bed linen is on;) It is a detail but I was really tired but still had to do 4 beds.

A wonderful place for a ski getaway! The location is unique, offering a cozy atmosphere close to the Nassfeld ski resort. There are grocery stores and restaurants nearby, making everything easily accessible. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.We loved having our own little house in the forest, with a picturesque view from the terrace. Parking right next to the house was very convenient. Inside, it was warm and comfortable, even in winter, with unlimited hot water. Though the space is compact, it has everything you need, making for a cozy and relaxing experience.

We’d love to come back! Just a small note – bring your own towels and be ready to make the bed yourself, but that’s more of a heads-up than a downside. ?

For this price (200+ EUR/night), one would expect:- bed linen to be pulled up (and not to be instructed to pull down before checking out)- shower gel to be available in the shower- towels for free

Everything was brand new, well equipped kitchen. The ski resort is 15 min by car. There is a shop in the entrance of europarcs where you can buy basic stuff.

No microwave, and we have to do our linen for ourselves, also there is no towel or paper in the kitchen. I mean these are manageable things but would have proven our comfort.

House and equipment were great. Staff and communication were bad. If you arrive later in night you will find nobody at reception and you have to take key from the locker that is not working. We arrived later at night and couldn’t open the locker to take the key to get to app and nobody answered the phone when we tried to call on number they listed as emergency number. You couldn’t find nobody at that time, and nobody answered the phone. Bad, bad experience. Sauna is to far away and to small for that number of people. They will change you extra for

Everything was perfect, except our check-in. The official check-in time was from 16:00, but we have received our keys a few minutes after 18:00. The rest of our stay was very nice.

Very new and clean houses, kindly staff, nice location close to ski resort.

Extras usually included to be paid separately, like bedding and towels, or getting houses close each other.

Obejct was warm and cosy, personal was nice and friendly

Bedding and towels cost 100€ additional and you dont have absolutley anything (shampoons, soap, sponges,Etc.)

Great spacious, well equipped accommodation. Modern with a lovely usable outside deck.

The only slight downside with the Wulfenia cabins is the proximity to the road and some done have much of a view.

Bed is realy to firm. Put a foam tooper on and all is fixed. For us a reason not to come back. The turnaround from camping to Europarc could be more settled in 2 years. The “older” building that used to be eg toilets or showers could be converted for other purpose. Not just put s piece of plywood on some sinks and make it into a counter to take your bread. To cheap

Very nicely set up. Comfortable.

The apartment needs some deep cleaning. When we moved some furniture, small tables, armchairs there was a lot of dust under it.

The surrounding, the forest and the houses. We rented 2 houses, both were almost perfect. Warm, cosy houses, perfect equipment.

Moving in the house for 6 persons was a bit challanging, but the rooms and the kitchen, bathrom, etc were optimally sized. Sound insulation a bit weak :)

Cottages are great, modern, well equipped and provide al the comfort. Heating/cooling is amazingly efficient. We were there for a second time. Great place!

The only thing I would change / add would be a convenience store. There is nothing like that nearby (or it was closed). For the size of the Parc / Camping - you would expect to have it there. There is a restaurant just behind a reception and that's a plus!

The appartment was located in a scenic environment. Every facility was very high-tech and was fitting our needs. The arrangement of the houses provided a very special feeling as if we were living in a small, mountain village where the kids could go out and have fun on their own.

Nice, modern apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room and small, still functional bedrooms. Calm and warm atmosphere, close to the mountains and ski slopes. There is a wellness center (included in the price) and a nice Italian restaurant.

I miss a microwave oven, but that’s all.
