Excellent hotel - the room, the gym, the spa, the bar and the razor-sharp German service. This place is set in a beautiful harbour area so perfect for an early morning stroll.

Beautiful location, nice and comfortable hotel and friendly staff.

The hotel is located right at the harbour. The rooms have a good size and the staff is very friendly. We travelled with two dogs without any problems. The breakfast is very good with wide variety of food. Sitting outside on a Saturday morning is an excellent way to start the day.

The hotel signed up for a green program, hence there is no air-condition in the room. We were handed a fan, but it was not strong enough. After full day of sun shine into the room, it was almost not possible to find good sleep because the room was to hot. Maybe portable air-con units would be helpful. The climate in the room tainted our stay.

A top class hotel! Nothing to complain about. However, a note though that we have never managed to secure a parking spot at the hotel itself but given that free parking exists 2 minutes away, it is not really an issue.

One minor detail, no airco in the rooms. But as the hotel is located by the sea, the breeze helps, provided one has a room on the windy side.

Big rooms, comfy beds, great staff and amazing breakfast

This was a very nice hotel! Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants. Our room was large with comfortable beds, nice views, free bottled water, clean bathroom. Breakfast was nicely arranged with coffee on the table and good selection. Heiligenhafen is underestimated as vacation place, so nice and close to the Puttgarden ferry if you are traveling by.The best hotel we stayed at durng our car trip to Germany!

Parking was a little confusing, large parking area is not belonging to the hotelNo AC, so probably warm on hot days

The breakfast experience was superb. Very helpful staff. We were even given warm gluten-free bread buns when we asked whether there was gluten-free hard bread!

No hygienic bags in waste bin of main room.

Really lovely hotel in a great location, great view from my room. Breakfast was excellent, great selection, everything was so fresh and healthy.

No air conditioning in the room, had to sleep with the window open, was a little noisy - noise coming from the wind/boats, but this was a minor inconvenience.

Good hotel with very nice rooms, good sauna, very nice breakfast.

The beds are really hard, but you can order a softer topper.

A premium Hotel with good service, excellent breakfast and a well equiped room

The hotel has become a yearly stop for me. It’s clean, comfy, well situated with a good restaurant. For anyone looking for a hotel in the area, this is worth a visit.

Given the value of the rooms, missing airco remains a constant surprise….

All parking spaces were full at 4 pm. The beds are very, very firm.

the room was a little cold when we first came and the electricity shots off when you take the key with you when you go to dinner

Nice and clean. The off season price in December was of course nice too.

Skeeping town in the winter. The christmas market was smaller than expected. Just for the locals.

Complete room with all necessary items, large bathroom, bathtub, excellent breakfast.

There should be daily cleaning in the rooms.

The hotel is in a super location, the staff in general are very friendly and service minded and breakfast is superb.

We travel with a fully electric car, and had checked in writing and verbally that the hotel had charging for an EV. When we arrived the chargers were blocked by a diesel Mercedes and two hybrids that were not charging. These cars blocking the charging was vividly defended by the reception staff. The same cars were also there in the morning, and I ended up driving 2,5km to a charging point. Waiting an hour for the faster charger to be available. Walking back to the hotel for breakfast while the car was charging, and walking the 2,5km back to the charging to pick up the car.It is beyond me that the reception staff continued to defend their way of operating, and there was not the slightest indication of an apology.

It’s a bit out of town and some guidance like the food marks in the centre of town would have been helpful.

Extremely clean, very luminous, excellent decoration and quality of materials, furnishings, etc, attention to details. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Excellent breakfast.
