Pros +
- Late check-in was explained on the phone and by email and the breakfast wishes discussed for the morning after arrival because there weren't enough guests to open the breakfast buffet. Nice and easy service and they gave me a quick call that I had left something behind in the fridge
- Breakfast was really good. The room was Nice and clean. Friendly staff.
- Historical Building close to the Sailing boat harbour - 2min to the Old Town & 10min to the beach. Staff was friendly and overall the stay was pleasant but not exceptional.
Cons -
- There was a bit of an odour coming from the bathroom sink.
- Room was very dark
- Mansard room (no 36) with sloping roof, which made me bang my head a couple of times whenever I forgot. My fault obviously ;-)

Super good location - staff was a little direct for my liking (we asked for things of the breakfast and they first said „only if I don’t already have an open package“, which seemed weird
Room was very dark
Perfect location in the centre of Heiligenhafen. Everything nice and clean. Very good value for money. Friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was super.
Great customer service from end to finish, delicious breakfast not leaving anything to be desired, car parking space very well organised, spacious and coming in very handy in the area with otherwise public car parking to be paid for. One could not have asked for more.

Great location, nice and spacious room. Friendly and helpful staff.
this hotel is in the centre of Heiligenhafen and you have walking distance to all there is to enjoy. Rooms are very comfortable with good beds, we enjoyed a room with balcony overlooking the harbour.Breakfast is standard, nothing special but you find what you need, with some scramble eggs, bacon and salmon. The staff is very helpful and an extra pillow isn’t a problem. They need to be more updated on what’s going on in the town, we almost missed the Christmas Market when we asked and was informed “next week”, still the market was there and we really enjoyed it.We recommend this Hotel ??
Swift check-in lovely location, close to the harbour. Nice neighbourhood, small and cozy room with a terrace
Very kind personal. Tasteful breakfast. Great location in the middle of everything and almost in the harbour. Our room was paceful and quiet. The free parking was great.
The reseption is open only until 18 p.m.
