Location, facilities, spa

No prices in mini fridge, floor level in room and bathroom 60mm different, many hits for toes

Pool area … outside grounds … room upgrade was worth itt

Dining room carpet was disgusting. Balcony of upgraded was needs attention … paint, for starters!

My family enjoyed a lot

The breakfast could have been a little better. i.e. sausage slices could have little more varieties like turkey. All 3 options they had was pork. Some foods didn't have enough descriptions.

Outside area was beautiful.

Only 1 restaurant and food was not good. Only one bar which was not cosy. Old glory, dated furnitures. Needs a big update in every areas.

The property has spa, gym, bowling alleys and a pool table. The breakfast is very good too.

The rooms are pretty outdated and they should be renovated.

Good breakfast

The pungent smell lurking in the whole hotel. Visited some three years ago and it was perfect then. Must be the old carpets and the way they are cleaned.

Great breakfast. The location is divine.

I would have found it useful to have a small refrigerator in the room. I missed that.

The room and the environment are great. It's so quiet for professional purposes. Though I couldn't have a chance to visit the spa, but the breakfast was excellent. I love the nature surrounding the hotel rooms.

I love everything about the hotel. The staff are very professional and friendly. Kudos to them all.

The rooms were spacious, the restaurant was nice and the breakfast was good. The spa facilities were very good and the pools large and warm . We would very happy to return there

The decor could do with a refresh and using anti calcium products to clean the shower glass may be of benefit to stop the buid up on the glass. But we were still happy with our stay

Beautiful location next to a lake. Wonderful saunas. Downtown Hameenlinna is a bit of a downer so a great alternative. Had a great obstacle course oriented towards children.

Breakfast was very good but the staff was slow to replenish some items.

The swimming pool area had quite a variety and options for both kids and adults to enjoy. The rooms and pool were also pretty clean.

Hotel is just too old and needs desperate renovation. Room furniture was old, no proper closet for storing your clothes even in what they call a deluxe room, the balcony was spacious but just concrete and dirt. Breakfast had some variety, but the food was rather tasteless. Kids playroom was desperate, way too small, with broken toys and not very clean. They also let people who are not hotel guests to use the pool area, so for peak times that means a lot of crowd and it was crowded indeed. If I visit the area next time, I’d rather choose a smaller more decent hotel nearby and just use the daily spa.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, clean and comfortable room, comfy bed, beautiful surroundings.

The room would need a fresh coat of paint.

We love the spa facilities.We enjoyed breakfast.

The spa is nice. Good size and too crowded.

I've been twice in the place and the service has been both times quite poor and unfriendly.

The spa area was nice and breakfast was very nice.

The room was very basic and did not have a bar fridge. Also there was a "salt sauna" but was very little salt rocks in the sauna.

The location is perfect. Very beautiful.

The hotel is very old, dark, not very clean.

The pool, arcade, bowling alley, Zipline course.

The room was in an old part of the hotel. The airconditioning was not functioning well and was outdated with no controls in the room itself. During our stay a fan was brought into the room which did not fit well. And was not used. The air outside was cooler than the room so we left the door open.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff were polite and courteous.

Some lights are not functioning. Room view is not that great.
