Relatively okay. But not sure if I have to pay such amount.

Payment with credit card did not work because we are the foreign issued credit card holder. All credit cards from our three people did not work at all. Hotel employee said it happened before. Nothing he could do though. Luckily, I could pay in Booking.com. Our credit cards had no problem in other shops and restaurants. We suspect the payment gateway company had the problem. Very disappointed the hotel had the problem before but no action to correct it. Any foreign nationals will be the next victim.

Straightforward, hotel close to the freeway.

Bit pricey, paid parking. Staff is not very attentive.

When I arrived in my room, I checked to see if the picture from the website was the same. It is just the picture from long long ago...It is central heating from the hotel which you can not adjust yourself, ergo i had to sleep.with open window but then you have the loud of the street next to your bed. Big disappointment and definitely not worth the money

Very narrow bed and duvet. The guy at reception was unfriendly and rude (upon arrival already). Euro 6,- for parking.

The location is conveniently close to the autobahn. There is a reasonably large car park. There is a shoe-polishing machine in the foyer.

In a non-smoking hotel, a hotel room should not be stinking of cigarette smoke when you arrive at 11 pm. There was a cockroach in the duvet. The night manager was, to put it kindly, unsympathetic to our complaints about this. "I have seen a thousand customers like you, always complaining."We left. Happily, although by now it was past midnight, we found a room in a different Osnabrück hotel. The partner thinks I should apply for a refund, but at the time it didn't occur to us to photograph the cockroach, and you can hardly document the stink of cigarette smoke so I'm not sure how successful we will be.

Perfect for a late night-sleep-drive stop-over. Close to the Autobahn, 24-hour reception. Plenty of park space. Parking is 6 euro/night.

Room was comfortable with window open, but poor building design meant rain came into the room directly.

It was close to our route through Germany.

The room was tired looking and could do with a decorating. Also there were not any Tea / Coffee making facilities in the room.

Practical, clean, very good bed and linen, good safe parking, space to relax in the public area and outside. Perfect location for travellers. Although there was no restaurant, very close by was this delightful pizzaria recommended by the hotel. Not just pizzas but all good Italian food : www.pizzerialasicilia.de

The disk required to exit the parking area. There is a restaurant during the week but if you are there out of hours, they have fabulous solution - see section above!

Weird that there are no people around, and no reception. Just a bit spooky.No communal areas really, not like the pictures on the website :/

The room was rather cramped and poorly laid out. The bed was very hard. There is parking at hotel, however you do not mention you are charged €6 per night. You state there is a restaurant at the hotel. There is not! Very irritating after spending 9 hours driving we were looking forward to relaxing over a nice meal and a glass of wine. All they had to offer was a choice of pizzas, they could not even offer a salad. When you look further on your website you have a restaurant but which then states there is not a restaurant why not remove the restaurant from the initial details.
