The garden, the spa, the quiet environment

I was expecting a warmer welcoming. No answer to my questions before we arrived in Har�a, nobody in the place to give some guidance about places to visit in the area. I discovered the existing spa behind a half-opened door only by chance.

Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast is superb value

Towels changed frequently. Quiet after first night. Glad to have kettle & toaster. Good to have private carpark. Bed comfortable. Good shower.

Don't take arrivals on Carnival Day. Nightmare, hundreds of people & cars everywhere. Police blocked road hotel on, let taxis through but not us. Hotelier helped me with bags, husband parked long way away in field. Kept awake till 4 am by very loud music.Apartment compact. Iron but no board nor suitable table. Wardrobe no handles, we used end of teaspoon.

Werry good brecfust ! the apartment was new an werri good ! the staf was werry frendli and nice! And the locatiom was werry central !

There wood be nice to have a te-catel for boiling warher in the a apartemt and it wood be nice to haf free Netflix and Be-Mad in the television in the apartment!

Very comfortable, well equipped, quiet too.This is not a hotel but self contained apartments / rooms based in and around a historic house with extensive grounds.There is an option for breakfast which I didn't take.

The pool wasn't really usable, in the shade often and cold

Breakfast was exceptional, the best breakfast I've ever had and beautifully presented. The room was large and comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful and on the Northern rugged side of the island easy to get around. The town has a nice Saturday market and some good restaurants.

Room was fine, breakfast good

No reception, impossible to find anyone to help in afternoon, evening. This did matter when the key we were given to the car park didn’t work, so couldn’t use car the first afternoon.Breakfast room cold, shower water often tepid. Would have been good to have somewhere we could buy a drink or make tea/coffee

Very friendly staff and property very centrally situated in village. Suite was comfortable.

The property isn’t really a hotel but a bed and breakfast establishment as there aren’t really any of the facilities you would associate with a hotel. This didn’t really bother us that much but should be made clearer We did not like the bathroom being down a steep flight of stairs from the bedroom

Room was not cleaned one of the days of the stay.Reception schedule.Back part of the hotel could be better used.

Minimal facilities, really just a room. No comfy chairs to sit in or outside the room to relax.

Fantastic old house readapted to hotel rooms and apartments in a beautiful town. The staff was really kind and was attentive to solve some minor issues

Taking into account we booked a apartment it was not as well equipped as we expected. For instante a kettle and a microwave should be there

Beautiful historic hotel. Apartment was nice . Very quiet area and beautiful village. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good base for exploring the north of the island.

In our apartment a small sofa or seating for 2 people would be better than the one futon chair / sofa bed as you could not sit comfortably at night.

Very quiet facility designed with sense of beauty. Exceptionally kind staffs. The spacious garden adorned with massive old trees. A nice little swimming pool in the style of the local artist Cezar Manrique. His last house is in a walking distance in the town of Haria.

There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

The apartment was nice and clean. The location is in the center. The staff is kind.

Great rooms, easy walk to conference center, nice staff, great breakfast

The staff were excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. We were offered the choice of two rooms, one in the main house 'Violeta' and one in a separate annex 'Haria'. We chose Haria because it had a separate kitchenette with kettle and fridge, and a small table & chairs outside. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean.

The only minus point in our room was some black mould in the skylight above the shower due to poor ventilation. It didn't affect our stay but was unsightly.

The inner yards is very beautiful, a cozy and nice atmosphere is created - an ideal place to be welcomed.

The beds were worn out, and the showers were hot but not working properly. Clean towels and sheets. The entire hotel was rather worn out, and might benefit from some gardening, pool-cleaning, and update of the furniture (mainly the beds). This made the price/quality ratio not correct. The breakfast -though we had mentioned our early flight- was not prepared.
