No hairdryer; Nice location... best for electric car park

The bed was comfortable.

Towels were tattered for the shower. Toilet was a bit broken. Breakfast choices not great. Check-in was self-service. However, the terminal at the entrance was not working and we had to wait for the manager to help us check in.

We booked this hotel as a stop over from a long drive up to Calais, it was cheap/clean & tidy didn’t expect the ritz, more of somewhere to get our head down & a shower.Basic, we did have trouble getting in, machine was broken for online check in, had to do the 24hr service worked fine & they helped us check in.That was probably our only issue & gripe.

I booked a room at Le Havre Harfleur 2 (room 118), but the payment was charged twice. The receptionist issued a refund slip and informed me I would receive a refund within two days. However, I am still waiting to receive the refund. I contacted them by email ([email protected]) and through customer support. Customer support did not respond to me. Via email, they initially informed me they would refund me in a few days, but they didn't issue a refund and stopped responding to my emails.

Room was very small -tight for space around bed.It wasn’t clear if we had already paid so it would have been helpful If checkin had made that clearer , but it was only booked online a couple of hours in advance.

What a horrible chain of hotels. We never got to checkin and stay. There was an automatic machine for self checkin and we were unable to checkin. When we tried reaching the hotel, they said our reservation was cancelled. We were travelling with children and We were left stranded in the night without a lace to stay and noone from the hotel heled us. Terrible terrible experience.

I like the B&B chain. They are a a little more expensive but usually a bit better than the other French budget hotel chains. One of the main benefits is the rooms are usually a good bit bigger but this one was disappointing with a room very small and it was a squeeze to get around the bed etc. As I had 2 small dogs with me who sleep on the floor NOT on the bed we had very little room!!!

The toilet is too small. So much noises in the other room for the domestic violence. No staffs interfere the situations. It’s too scary.

The cleanliness was amazing! Very good location. The staff was very kind.

Although the staff gave us a better room and we could do an earlier check-in, the tap lost water.

It was clean. Parking was available. All basic amenities were there.

The hotel is not clean and the rooms are in a worn, tired condition. There was constant noise in the room with shouting and guests being noisy throughout the night in the car park. We had a leaking drain dripping on a roof making constant noise. The entry process was not hassle free and the reception area had people hanging around waiting to get in hotel when someone else opened the door.

As already said, people were very loud in the evening and mornings. While they have an quite time from 22-6, they were still very noisy till 23:30.
