Hotel Zagora

Very unexpected beauty! The outdoor pool overlooks the mountain and ocean! I in no way expected such a great place in such a rural part of Greece! The staff were so pleasant!

Location is close to the restaurants. rooms are very big and comfortable. big fridge. nice pool.

the WIFI and cell reception in my room were non existing, needed to step out to the balcony. I understand it was my room since my friends in the next room had no issues. breakfast is ok, not more.

Nice size rooms. Parking was a big plus. Nice size balcony. Very relaxing.

The breakfast could have been a little better. I still find it annoying when I open the balcony door the air conditioner shuts off.

That it was listed as a hotel but did not have the level of service of a hotel. No options to eat or order drinks and no taxi service to Volos. They could not even call a taxi for us. We had to do it ourselves, weird. Re drinks:”The cleaning lady provided us with a drink but it was close to the expiring date and $6, for a simple can..”.

Clean, big room with very nice view

Because of weather conditions we change and leave day early the hotel manging let as go with no problem and not pay for the next night.

The size of the room was great. Very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and very helpful staff. Thoroughly recommend this hotel.

The family room with the connected door was great, and the view was amazing, watching the sea from above, even got up to video the sunrise.Breakfast is ok, same every morning.The pool is good. The is private parking.

The Wifi is not that good.

Everything! The staff, the room, the location, the breakfast, the pool.We stayed with 2 little children and everything was perfect.I would stay a couple more nights.

There was no water between 00-05 in the morning, including for the toilet. It’s never happened to me before in any hotel. Not good wifi connection,

It is a boutique hotel in very good facilities, very clean and good service. Fresh breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables and good greek food.

It is very far from the sea and the way is not easy at all.

Nice family hotel located on the mountains but also very close to the beach. All areas were clean, and the staff was very kind. Especially the girl who was taking over the afternoon and evening shifts did her best to satisfy all our needs and requests. Breakfast has limited options but everything is tasty and homemade. Personally I prefer few options but high quality and this is the case in Hotel Zagora. Rooms are very comfortable and very well equipped. Swimming pool needs to be cleaned more usually, but it's a minor issue.

I found all perfect as I have met few times a really good hotel in same money. The facilities were very nice and clean, there was a garden with pool and sea view around of trees and flowers, the room was cleaned up every day as well they changed the linen sheets and towels. I wouldn't forget to say how comfortable was the room, very comfortable bed, a large closet with many drawers, led tv as well a spacy toilet and a kitchenette. The breakfast was also good, there was a big variety of delicacies, salty pies, fruits, biscuits, deserts, handmade traditional products of the local area. It was really a very nice experience as the location is perfect for relax and quiet moments.

There is nothing to mention, only if the location was closer to the sea side...

Wonderful views, well situated for access to village square etc. Big room and spacious balcony.

Although the hotel says it has facilities for the disabled, and indeed it does have a lift and walk-in showers, those with mobility problems should be aware that access to the hotel is not that easy. The car park is behind and above the hotel, from which you must descend a flight of steps with no handrail. If you park on the road, the hotel entrance is up a steep flight of steps, again with no handrail, or up a relatively steep ramp. I would recommend contacting the hotel before booking to discuss your needs, if infirmity or mobility may be an issue.
