Disappointing

Room was not cleaned up when I arrived, bed was not 100% clean and dirt was still present in the room.nightkeeper cleaned it all up, but not a nice feeling when arriving late at night

Comfortable room, clean with good breakfast!

Best night's sleep ever! The location of this hotel is remote and surrounded by woodland and fields. Super quiet and peaceful. You can see it's been recently redecorated and it looks gorgeous inside. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Great if you are travelling with a dog, there are many wonderful walks starting from the hotel.

The breakfast was a bit basic, not a lot of choice, no regional or special products. However, I think they didn't have many bookings that day so maybe they lay out a bit more if there are more people in the hotel.

They need to hire personal

No wifi in my room.There was only one single person in the reception that was the same person that had to rush in the kitchrn to cook the omelete for breakfast and make sure there was enough orange juice. At the end it was impossible for her. Breakfast was pretty much unattended.No one cleaned my room. Apparently the cleaning lady forgot about my room.

It was a complete disappointment and shocking treatment of guests!They refused to check us into a room that had been booked in advance and paid for in full, and at 11 p.m. simply sent us to another city—to a cheap, dirty hotel that smelled of rot!No compensation, not even an attempt to offer similar conditions! This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that positions itself as a place with a certain level and reputation.Imagine: you arrive late at night after a long day, confident that you have a paid room — and the staff at the Bremberg Hotel inform you that you will not be checking in. They simply put you out on the street at night, forcing you to drive another 30 minutes on the highway to another city.But the most upsetting thing is where they sent us. Instead of the promised clean, cozy room in a well-kept hotel near the forest, we ended up in a cheap, gloomy, damp hotel with a heavy smell of mold and rot. The room was cold, windowless, dirty, and everything in it was disgusting and repulsive. And the owner was drunk, dirty, could barely speak, and was staggering around!We spent the night there, feeling not like tourists, but like people who had been deceived and humiliated. We left as if from a nightmare, afraid of catching something dangerous.It was our last stop on vacation, and it completely ruined the whole trip. We returned home exhausted, upset, and disappointed, as if the entire vacation had been wasted. As a result, we lost not only money—the hotel they offered us was cheaper and didn't include breakfast—but also the most important thing: the experiences, atmosphere, and level of comfort that we had so carefully selected for our family vacation.The Bremberg Hotel showed complete disrespect for its guests. If you value your nerves, comfort, and basic human decency, stay away from this place!

The hotel is big with large spaces and nice size room. It's clean and very quiet.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable! The location was very quiet and easy to find.

The breakfast was not that special and pretty basic

The hotel was new, rooms newly decorated and painted, clean and located in a nice area. The breakfast buffet was good.

Additional sleeping pillows in the room (softer I would prefer). There were no extra softer sleeping pillows in the room

Big room (wheelchair friendly). Very clean and friendly staff.

Location. Value for money

Needs a closer bus stop.

The wi-fi was not working, but I do believe it was a temporary failure.

Breakfast was good, service was attentive, choices were all thereas expected from a good buffet breakfast.Location was quiet with green fields all around.Lots of fresh air. Excellent after ahectic day in the city or sight-seing.Hotel although on a heritage road can be easily reached with a gps guide.

Not much, for the price is good value for money. All the essentials are met with. Hotel although not new is well maintained, clean room and bathroom with adequate towels and toilet accessories.

The staff, when you could find them, were extremely helpful. They definitely made up for the negative qualities.

Isolated (hard to get Uber, calling for a taxi took four companies before one would answer). No restaurant or bottled water. The toilet was stained badly. A few of the lights in the room didn’t work. The place is rundown overall.
