Auberge De L'Abbaye-Logis Hôtel Restaurant

This quiet country inn was exactly what I was looking for when we choose to spend the night in Normandy. The food is spectacular. Make sure you try the dinner.

I loved this hotel.

That Restaurant closes at 9pm. There is not another restaurant nearby or uber-eats. The breakfast was really basic.

Dinner in the evening was fabulous. The dishes were all cooked to a really high standard and were fantastic. Attention to detail and superb waiting staff in that perfect french fashion. Even the breakfast the next day was elegant! We had a superior room at the back so couldn't hear any noise. It was very clean, spacious and quiet. Staff were all very efficent but the star was the food - truly delicious.

The bed was a little uncomfortable but that could have just been me after a long drive through France.I would like to see tea/coffee facilities in the rooms but this is rare in french hotels so not unusual.

Our room was small very basic not even a hairdryer nothing much to recommend

Location was perfect for us, friends living close by, so booked for that reason. That said, what a find, lovely place and staff at the Auberge de L’abbaye. Staff amazingly hard working, from breakfast to night closing. Breakfast great.

That we didn’t get a chance to eat in the evening (eating out at friends house each night) as the restaurant looked popular and good food.

If it’s hot, and you need the window open, you’re going to hear a lot of decibels from passing traffic.. It’s a quiet road, but it’s right next to the hotel.

the restaurant has exceptional food. the rooms are clean and comfortable.the abbey is worth a visit and is accessed onfoot.

The location is gorgeous by the river and abbey. The restaurant is superb and the room was very nice.

There was some road noise, although it’s a rarely used road, traffic went past at speed.
