Never again. Not reliable!

The reception and restaurant closes at 8 pm. It’s way to soon as for the hotel that is mentioned for travelers. Eight in the evening!!! How to entrance after this time if you are five minutes late? This kind of hotel should have been prepared to work late hours! Instead of that on the main door there is an information: ‚due to lack of personel we have to close earlier…’ Who cares about their employment issues? As for me after ten hours drive it is crucial to have a comfort of the possibility to have meal and room. Horrible!

We arrived 5 minutes after closing and as mentioned by the hotel in a message, the front door was locked. We were instructed by the hotel to pick up the key from the gas station in the vicinity. When we went there, the gentleman at the gas station was impolite and told us he doesn’t have a key and nobody told him we were coming. I asked him for a phone number or any help and he said he’s not employee of the hotel and disappeared in the back office. We had to find another hotel.

Good place to stay overnight. Free parking at the hotel. Clean and comfortable room for 3. Andt the staff is very friendly. Thanks to the chef for a good meal.

Nice hotel with good location, as it is by the highway, but not noisy at all. Room was clean and big with very comfortable beds. The hotel staff were nice and pleasant. It had private parking, which was very nice.

A bit pricey for this type of motel/hotel.

Super hotel and great location on motorway but so close to Vienna and also the shopping centers. Kind staff and great comfortable nights sleep .

Comfortable beds, large room (3 person room), clean and big comfortable bathroom.

Air conditioning in room was very bad (in theory, it was working, but not strong enough, and opening windows caused high noise from highway). Restaurant and shop was closed at 20:00 (due to lack of personel), instead of 22:00.

After flying from San Diego (very long day) we wanted our first night away from Vienna before moving on to Obertraun. This was perfect. An easy 20 minute drive from the airport, quiet location (mainly because Saturday/Sunday and all trucks are parked) and a great room and bed. Dinner and breakfast were great and reasonable. Staff was great.
