Room was good, parking is ok.

Breakfast was very bad, we didnt have what to eat.Lokation is to far from city.

Just in 2025 I have been to this hotel for the third time and each time with other friends who were very satisfied. I think no further comments are necessary.

Clean rooms, polite staff, rich and diverse breakfast, Greek restaurant with very good service. Free parking.

Nice building , all is clean, the staff is kind, the included breakfast is good and varied. Restaurant with a lot of greek and international tasty menus.

We came quite late at night and the restaurant had already closed, but since there weren't any other restaurants around the hotel made an exception and we got some food, which was wonderful. The food was delicious and we were so grateful. The restaurant offers greek food. There was also a greek new year's party in the hotel the same night but we were too exhausted to take part in it. We watched the fireworks through the balcony window. Breakfast was delicious. The house is beautiful. Rooms are basic but comfortable. The staff speaks limited English, but good German and of course Greek.

The location is very far from Vienna city center. We were traveling on the New Years Eve and the whole city was full booked. This was our only choice with the budget we had. The train ride to the city takes about an hour. The ticket is about 4 euros.

1. I would place more signs where is reception, where breakfast. There are small signs and they we invisible for me in the beginning.2. It seems to be a family buisness and things are not sharp on time as it is written (unless it was coinsidence due to New Year days).

Good hotel for a couple of nights. Comfy beds (although 2 singles put together) and everything was clean. The breakfast was very good.It has plenty of parking.

The bathroom smelled like cigarette sometimes.The shower doors need some maintenance.

We have spent time here before and found it very pleasant then. Not so much now.

Our room was heavily infested with BED BUGS!We could not sleep because they kept crawling up all night. We are full of bites...Breakfast was also a huge let down: most of the very few bakery products that were available were dry and hard.Ham was literally spoilt and smelly, cherry tomatoes were spoiling. Scrambled egg was cold and oily.We left the hotel disgusted, femished and angry.

Bad

There are a lot of bed bugs on the bed, and I got a lot of bites.And there is no staff in the hotel after 9pm, so you can't change rooms.

Parking

Fleas, dirt, breakfast(8-10) 9:00 - there was nothing to eat

The staff did immediately respond and refund my money. They were extremely easy to work with.

We arrived and found bed bugs. I had rented the room for a single night to have for my son's wedding. This put us in a huge panic for a place to get ready and be on time.

Location is good, restaurant food excellent and the staff nice. Overall ok.

Rooms could use a fresh coat of paint/generally be sanitized a bit. Our hair drier didn't work either. Most annoying thing: our room information card said breakfast is served until 10 am, so we went down at 9 am to have breakfast, only to find out that the schedule has been changed, and we could no longer serve it after 9 am. Frustrating.

Very good breakfast. Good location for business travel purposes.

In one room the mattress could have been better.

The room what they give at first time was cold, and we ask another and thats was wormer but dusty.

We liked the room. It was big enough, clean and cosy with a balcony. You had to approach the room through an open section, but it's not a big deal. The room was pretty warm despite the cold weather. The breakfast - included in price - was OK, nothing special, but got the job done. The administration was amazingly quick.

It's only a small detail, but during breakfast, they didn't have the coffee on the table, you had to request it on your own. Otherwise everything was great compared to price. The location is what it is, it takes an hour to reach the centre, but that's something you see pre-booking.

We asked for double bed but it was just two individual beds put toguether. It was unconfortable.

It looked like a country hotel on the app, but it's really stuck on the edge of an industrial area. But still nice because you forget that one in their grounds

Stay away from this place.

Dirty room. Cleaner left my room open (with my luggage inside). Cleaner took dirty towel from the floor and hanged it up for me to use again. Shower broken, leaking on to the floor, shower head hanger was missing. A plastic cup in the bathroom was dirty with old toothpaste. Walls very dirty, like someone had been swatting flies all over the walls and also alot of cobwebs in the corners. Upon arrival I got wrong information about breakfast time. I can go on and on... everything was bad.

Great serenity and availability of the staff; there is a restaurant integrated in the structure, with excellent quality food, Mediterranean cuisine, super-efficient service. The location is excellent to reach other destinations, but not in the center of chaos and traffic; furthermore there is a free parking on-site, enough for all needs. I saw shops and supermarkets nearby; a LIDL is a just few meters away. The Staff is super-friendly; the breakfast room attendant, on the morning of September 13th, on her own initiative, carried my luggage down the stairs to the car, due to my small disability: that girl is an angel! I felt like in a Family, a big plus for the ELIA.

Just an elevator would have been helpful to me
