Schloss Diedersdorf

The room was spacious and charming. Eating in the courtyard on the terrasse was very enjoyable. The location outside a city made fir a quiet and relaxing experience.

Excellent place, the staff were very kind and helpful, they went out of their way to make sure the stay was good. The dinner and breakfast were very good.

The location is a bit out of the way, but it is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the view from our 1st floor room in the chateau near the biergarten, with the green open fields beyond. The Schloss is a popular venue for events, but we never had a problem with parking even with a medieval festival on the grounds during the weekend. The breakfast offerings were plentiful, and the service was good. We left some items behind in our room, and the staff were kind enough to box them up and ship them to our final destination, where the package arrived safely.

We enjoyed the restaurant, but the bees can be persistent as they enter through open doors and windows.

This is a hidden gem and is such a nice place to stay. The location is a little off the beaten track but public transport is a short walk. The buildings are beautiful with great history attached. Staff and food were both great.

It is a very particular location in pleasant grounds on a quiet day but I can imagine it could become busy on days when there are events

The staff seemed uninterested in us as visitors and charm was in short supply

Applies for my room, a small suite):I would think the rooms were made (or refurbished) quite a few years ago. Nevertheless, the construction/refurbishment were made witth quality materials throughout, and showed minimal signs of wear and tear. A very pleasant and stylish appearance. The room ( 2.floor) was very quiet with regards to sounds in the building, but of course some noise from the Brandenburger Airport nearby was unavoidable. A very nice stay, and friendly / helpful staff in the reception.

The new Brandenburger Willy Brandt airport is nearby. I would think some noise from air traffic is unavoidable.

The staff went above and beyond to help me - they were exceptional.

I would really have appreciated the ability to make coffee in my room as I needed to check out before breakfast was available.

- the location is georgeous- the facilities are great

- the breakfast was not so "rich"- the price of meals is higher- there was a noice in the night because of some electricity problem, but there was a solution comming from the stuff of the hotel- the woman at reception was not able to speak English

An idyllic location to relax in with a lovely restaurant. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was wonderful.

The breakfast begins at 7, it would have been better for us if it could have started at 6.30 as we had early morning starts.

The bed was really uncomfortable. The staff was not very nice. The food at the restaurant was terrible and expensive.

for the money you’re paying per night, you would expect having more/better working: no hair conditioner, cotton pads etc.., WiFi connection was poor and hardly worked, extra charge for the cot, no fan in the room, the bar didn’t work as was used for the wedding
