- Mondays and Tuesdays it is not possible to have dinner. Ac could be in the room, eventhough it was ok to sleep with open windows. Because of open windows flyes and bumblebees were in the room.Lake had a long seaweed, so the swimming experience could have been more pleasent.
- having to travel to another to collect key and no one auto greet us.
- They didn't have water flowing in the tap. We called the manager and he didn't help . So we paid for a night and without water. Their generator was not working yet they still charged u. here is the response from the manager: We’re very sorry for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the main water supply of the entire village was down due to a bursted pipe.This is an issue the hotel was not responsible for that’s why we cannot offer you a refund. We kindly ask for your understanding. Regards, Emma Pfeiffermy understanding is that the hotel should have backups.
