Position is amazing, really close to the beach. Check-in was easy and everything using the tablets. Paid car parking nearby. Car chargers nearby.

There was car parking but it was in a place with warning signs that you could be towed -.-".There was no one in the reception, only in the bar. So we got zero explanation of wifi, times, facility things etc.Kind of dirty. Cleanliness could clearly be improved.

The place is clean and I got clear instructions to get my cards to access the room. The room was very nice with direct access to a very nice terrace.

Someone was vacuum cleaning the corridors at 7:30 am, on a Sunday!!!. Very inconsiderate with families with children. I would really have appreciated having my kids sleeping longer, we arrived at almost 11pm.There is a screen in the room (I think it was the AC controls) which has a very bright blue light and is at a location (top of the bathroom) which is difficult to reach for blocking. It illuminates the entire room all night. But is especially nastier to the person in the tip bed in front of it. We had a car, and provided the licence plates but got no instructions on where to park it, so we parked in the paid parking place nearby.Finally, I find the price a bit high considering the basic equipping of the room, the discomfort of being woken at 7:30 by a vacuum cleaner and that breakfast is not included.

Smelled really bad in one of our rooms. Bed not comfortable for tall adults. USB contacts in the room did not work.Check in on app a bit problematic, didn’t work properly.

Nice location right next to the beach, everything was nice and tidy and very easy self-service both at check-in and in the little shop where you could by drinks and sandwiches.

It felt a a bit unpersonal with no staff around, there were a deli/coffe-shop but opening hours were nowehere to be found and wasn't open during my stay. You are expected to use a webapp for everything from chec-in to unlocking doors - unfortunately not all features where translated so some things you need to understand German or else it can get a bit complicated

the sea view was not a real sea view, as it was stated on booking com./ It was a view of the construction site and machines and only in the background was the sea

It has just a perfect location right at the beach. Nice views from windows. Also the matching furniture was really nice and lower beds were great. You can take a walk around the beachs just from the house. The house is very new. You can buy breakfast down in the snack bar.

The bunk bed heas really low clearance even our daughter met the ceiling few times. we also had this unfinished door on the roof in our bedroom, but that aplies only to this room I think - we were at the top apartment.

The property was right on the beach. The facilities were quite nice. You can buy food and drinks 24hrs. Everything is made highly modern. The beds were comfortable.

The room was a little small. The charging speed was quite slow. Felt a little over priced according to the facilities.
