the Breakfast was very good .all the time the staff add a new food. the food was tast.The food was high quality and varied .The indoor swimming pool was good and luxurious. I had a massage that was very good.

The food in the restaurants could be more varied and the prices more reasonable. In the evening it would be good to have music every day.

Stunning views, delicious food, and a high level of customer service. We will definitely come back.

The view and position of the hotel are amazing. There is a lot of activities that can be done inside the hotel (bowling, pool tables, amazing spa, restaurants) along with great walks in the nature! The surrounding lake is peaceful and blissful, this is the perfect place for a weekend of relaxation! The free parking is big enough to accomodate many guests, and if you enjoy driving (like me) you will love the curvy roads that are around this beautiful place! Also the close city of Nowi Sachs is wonderful. The rooms and interior are cured and luxurious, and the value for money is great. The live performance in the evening at the bar was beautiful. There was a great selection of whiskeys, wines and liquors, along with a great indoors cigar room. This is now one of my favorite resting places in Poland, I will be back! Thanks to the staff and to the management for a great experience

The Wi-Fi sometimes was a bit slow, the TV in the room has its own software so you cannot connect your pc/tablet and stream content from there. The quality of the breakfast could be a bit higher if you take into account the very high quality of the restaurants in the building. But these small things don't influence the overall great experience!

One of the most relaxing weekend we ever had! It was a prefect place for anniversary celebration! Beautifully located hotel, with an amazing facilities and extremally supportive stuff. SPA treatment and leisure time in swimming pool area made it even better!

expected 5 star deluxe hotel. we came no one offered to take our luggage upon arrival nor departure. no one escort to the room . we had to call to learn how to activate coffe machine. service was mechanic soe of employees looke dlike they suffer to work. food and service in restaurants was good . drinks are over priced terribly. SPA was professional but with no fun atmosphere

service. if you come to luxury resort as presented you are expecting smiling service and notto carry your luggage etc

The location is amazing with beatiful view, the hotel is perfect, real 5 stars!The facial massage was on very high level and the effect was very noticable, a lot of fine lines just disappeared!The breakfast was rich with big variety and procecco!We enjoyed the spa area our whole stay!

When I was there only one restaurant was open. The weekend has more options for entertainment in the evening. Overall it is a great place to relax , I hope to return or buy a gift voucher for my friends.

Maybe I would add an additional restaurant on the site, like on the Terrace , to allow alternatives for dinner. There are good restaurants in the area, but we just didn’t want to leave the resort and drive .

Beautifully located and very comfortable hotel with very nice spa accommodations. The personnel was helpful and friendly and the views amazing.

lake view hotel rooms are beautiful but if located on the side of the hotel, suffer from a bit of road nice

Sauna facilities were great. Vast choice at breakfast. Excellent in-place restaurants, albeit on the pricey-side. Pools and jacuzzi are well-kept and fairly large. Spa is beautiful and offer great massages. Appreciate the Nespresso coffee machine in the room.

Staff was very friendly and professional but not everybody seemed well-trained.Indoor pool should be better heated, it was lukewarm at best.Silence in the pool/sauna area should be more enforced, especially to children

There was only one restauranr open, and only one menu for both lunch and dinner. It would have been nice to have a different selection for lunch and dinner

The location of the hotel is amazing! Panoramic views on the lake, hills and its islands is breathtaking. It's a secluded area with a proper infrastructure to reach it and there are also some other towns around the lake to do some sightseeing. I loved the cocktails in the restaurant and in the bar. I always like to try things I don't know and I enjoyed those non-standard cocktails already at the menu level. Given my taste for dry and bitter - I had a great variety to choose from, which is rare.I absolutely loved the breakfast. There was an abundance of warm and freshly made dishes, some international standard options, as well as a great choice of polish delicacies and cakes. The breakfast offering caters to any taste and almost any type of guest. The coffee was very good, however the freshly squeezed juice that was on demand only, was bizarre. I loved the bowling and billiard center next to a bar with a "cinema" area and a smokers lounge, however the staff was confused themselves if it's additionally paid or not... The pricing that we encountered for bowling didn't seem reasonable if it would have to be paid by the hotel guests. Anyways, it is nice that the hotel presents some variety of recreational activities, including also some boat tours and lake activities.I liked numerous saunas in the spa area however my favorite - infrared - was too hot, very less actual light and too much additional heating. The spa treatments on offer were good (excellence depends probably on the person performing them).The food was good (wouldn't say excellent).

The standard of the hotel in terms of the design and user experience seemed below 5 stars and not necessarily matching the pricing, especially if we consider it's a mainland Poland area. 4 star hotels in western Europe or even some of the 3* in Switzerland, within the same price range, seem to offer a greater experience and quality than this one.The design and the quality of the materials used was "so so", the rooms were not really spacious, not sufficient convenience solutions... sound isolation of the room wasn't sufficient too. We could hear any noise from the corridor. Shutting doors, people walking, talking... On the photos the hotel and its rooms look much more attractive than in the reality and its famous pool is actually tiny and useless and it seemed not heated so in a colder day it is impossible to bathe in it. Given there were some celebrations like a wedding and bachelor parties we felt highly disturbed by many of the guests of those events or by some random people entering the hotel. There's lack of privacy and some control over the people flow. Hence, it is not a destination for a "girls spa travel" or "girly night out". Unless someone wants to continuously stumble upon invasive, random people.For me the bed was comfy enough but my best friend didn't sleep well and had some back pain. It would be also great if there was a beach.

very beautiful and relaxing location. kitchen in both restaurants is exceptional, SPA specialists especially for massage and very professional and are providing an excellent level of service

it looks, even in the high season, that most of the staff is understaffed and undertrained. The main problem is lack of English knowledge which lead to quite often misunderstandings in the requests. The gym had partially broken equipment and was constantly lacking towels and water. I’d say that in general, the staff was lacking a bit of supervision and showing care of the guests (you need to ask for basic things quite often)

Hotel was wonderful. Views are great, spa area is amazing, one of the best in Poland. Really nice breakfast with high quality products. Hotel had great facilities like bowling, snooker or cinema.

Room was very standard. Hotel restaurants were extremely expensive.
