Close to my business destination (walking).Very good kitchen.

Mosquitos :) but the staff was nice to assist with some repellent.

We've stayed at Hotel Frigopan quite a few times travelling to Istanbul. Located at the top floor of an equestrian complex, it's great for horse lovers like us. We have our 2 dogs with us and the area is perfect to walk them. Nice & modern room with comfortable beds. I can definetely recommend this hotel.

Location, value for money and great kitchen

Pretty far from the Plovdiv center.

I like the stuff, food and the opportunity to ride horses there.

Not so many attractions nearby.

Simple rooms, good heating system. Always use this accomodaion on the way home and back. Good portion of breakfast. Cosy area with lot of horses.

Everything is good.

The rooms are clean, the heating in the room A/C worked great, the highway is easily accessible.

The light was not working in the elevator.

Absolutely appalling experience.

You can book a room with extra large double beds and when you arrive it turns out these rooms actually don’t exist. And they tell you there’s nothing they can do about it. The only good thing about this hotel is the parking.

Given a unmade room initailly but sorted .incorrect description of room.the room we paid does not exist

Amazing place, room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful view on yard with horses. Also I took a dinner, pizza was very good. Breakfast could be maybe a little bigger, but after all, I'm very happy and I recommend hotel.

Room was clean, big bed, spacious. Air conditoning worked fine.

There was no one at the reception when we arrived. I called the number and the phone assigned to it was left at the reception ringing right in front of me. Had to search in random places to hopefuly find someone to give us the room. Next day in the morning there was no one at the bar as well, to buy a coffe or whatever. For that you have to go outside downstairs they have a terrace with a bar for people that are attending their horse riding services. Good luck coming back with coffes, water and stuff on metallic fire escape stairs, opening doors and such. The shower leaked.

The hotel is on the territory of a horse farm, so you wake up in the morning with views of the horses. We arrived late, but the hotel arranged access to our rooms. You can order breakfast, but the choice could be bigger.

The price is very good, the bed was comfortable.The bathroom was good looking as a whole

Room is not as clean as their photos shows, spider net hanging on the ceiling, and spider climbing round, I don't really care and understable since they have a horse stable on the ground floor.The served poor breakfast, and you have to wait 30 mins to get it, kinda long waiting especially when you are in a tigt schedule. Besides, most unacceptable was they don't willing to offer us a cup water to drink, saying we have to pay for a water because we have already took a coffee.I've been travelled all around Europe since it's part of my job, so I think I can be entitled to comment that the breakfast you provided is very poor concerning the price you charged in your country, and I have never met a hotel that will ask customer to pay for a water when they having breakfast.The location may not be very friendly for thos traveler with public transportation. yes I said it, I know you indicated your location on your website, but it's truth, I did not make it up!I could find a better hostel or ever a better hotel with this price in other place (BTW, I did not mean in the city center of your place, TBH, 49 euro is not cheap for a hotel with such poor breakfast), the owner was trying to rebutted me on Google saying they doubt on me if I can find a better hotel in city center after I wrote an review on it! unbelievable!

The room had everything needed and expected as facilities.The staff was friendly and helped us with the late accommodation.

The cockroaches in the room and inside/around the building. The room was so extremely hot that even though it had air conditioning , you would not be able to sleep well without it being permanently on.

it’s an amazing place next to highway. If you’re on a long trip and looking for a place that’s super close to highway, has parking and also very close to city this is the place to be. Plus they have horses!!’

would be nice if there was some water bottles in the room or a water boiler

It was next to the highway, so very convenient.

The rooms were very cold. They didn't turn on the heating.

Hotel Frigopan is close to the motorway, so it was just perfect for us for an overnight stay. Wish we could have stayed longer though, it seems to be such a lovely place with the horses.The restaurant was excellent, we had a nice dinner and a super breakfast in the morning. The room was comfortable and clean. The wifi was good and we could park for free in its own parking. Dog-friendly place.

Good beds, huge apartment with TVs in every room, very friendly and helpful staff, both at the reception and in restaurant, horses, playground for kids, all is clean and comfortable

Clean rooms

Breakfast was finished at 10.00 and it was weekend. We could not eat breakfast. Staff was awful about it. We arrived late at the hotel and some other guests have been taken our keys and we had to wait to find a staff but anybody.An other guest helped us to call a staff of hotel in order to find an other room keys.Self service room keys have been taken from cupboard. Not well organized. Strange Hotel.
