    Pros +

    • Cute place and surroundings, very clean. Cozy room.
    • Jacuzzi, sauna, cabain with a lot of light.
    • We arrived late and found someone to attend to us. The rooms we clean, the breakfast was amazing with variety. The workers were friendly .

    Cons -

    • The facilities are a 7, but the staff is a 0, so this mark is the resulting math. The owner was so incredibly rude at our arrival that we felt uneasy our whole stay. Had we not prepaid, we would have walked out immediately. When we arrived, we greeted him politely and asked if it was the reception. He didn’t greet us back. Then we said we had a reservation. He just stared at us with a smirk and replied with a sarcastic “Und?”. No explanation, no welcome, just passive-aggressive hostility for no reason at all. He threw us the key of the bungalow/room with no instructions and went back to his business (unclear because the restaurant was empty at that time). Worst check-in experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional and bizarre behavior in a hotel. I actually dreaded checking out this morning and left with one clear thought: never again. If I’m paying 98€ a night, the bare minimum I expect is not to be mocked or treated with contempt.PS. All our interactions were in German.

    Good restaurant.Clean facilities.

The owner and other personal is not really welcoming. Therefore, despite the great facilities, we will not choose this place again.

The cottages were clean and comfortable. The food in the restaurant were good and the beer was cold.

All perfect experience, we visited Tropical Islands with the kids 9/13 y old and made a trip to Berlin. Nothing to comment on. Great delicious breakfast. Kids liked it! Fridge on rhe room helped to store few local beers from a nearby shop.

Couldnt lock the bathroom/WC, but may have asked for rhe ket. Wasnt any issue. All only in German, no English, so wasnt able to buy a beer from the local vending machone, but could have used the Google Translator so no issue.

Really nice stay close by car to Spreewald. The breakfast was also ok, good value for money.

A lot of mosquitoes, but expected so we were prepared to hunt them down before we went to sleep. (There are mosquito nets at the window but probably when we opened the door some came in.

That was emergency stay due to unexpected long traffic. Everything was fine, easy check in og out, they even came to work earlier for us so we could drive earlier. Dogs are welcome there which was important for us.

Electric kettle would be nice in the room since there is no kitchen.

Very silent place for enjoy holidays with family

Hmmm they dont speak english but is not soo big deal

Perfect location if you want to visit Tropical Island on budget as its located 10 min away, great area, very quiet, nice bar and restaurant, easy check in/out

Cabins divided in two rooms and you can hear what your neighbours doing or talking, but the rest was great.

Clean, very nice rooms, comfy beds

Nothing - we only spent a night there. Some basic cutlery would have been good for making a few sandwiches

    7JiříPosted on: 7-29-2023

Accomodation is situated in countryside. It is very calm and quiet place.

You sleep in fact in challet. Each challet has 4 rooms. Housekeeping was OK. My bed was too soft.

    9Anna-carinPosted on: 7-14-2023

Very nice cabin on the countryside in beautiful environments. Everything was clean and fresh

    5UnknownPosted on: 7-3-2023

    - The location: surrounded by nature.- Breakfast: very large buffet, with a lot of choice (scrambled eggs, meat, bread, pancakes, little croissants, fruitbowls, yoghurt, different cheese and meat,….)- Cozy room- because we arrived very late, they arranged to pick up the key in a locker, was supernice!

    - No sound isolation (in our little ‘bungalow’ you heard everything from outside to the inside)- Old furniture: The beds crack, pillows too small and too soft- you can’t make the room dark because the curtains let all the light still in - Staff doesn’t speak English and we experienced them not warm-hearted, quite unfriendly- very expensive for what you get

    10OlenaPosted on: 1-2-2023

This is a wonderful complex. Very comfortable and cozy rooms, good and very tasty breakfast, there is parking. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Not far from the aquapark Tropical Island.

    8MagdalenaPosted on: 10-3-2022

Beautiful surrounding, good food in the restaurant

expensive breakfast (for a 2 year old baby - full fare), only 1 person from the staff spoke English which was problematic during his absence

    9MartinaPosted on: 8-15-2022

nice, clean roomsvery nice ownersgreat restaurant

    9PeterPosted on: 7-29-2022

Breakfast matched expectations with a generous pot of coffee. Quiet and peaceful at night.

Two single separated beds. No Aircon, No kettle, No Fridge but for a two night stay this was acceptable for the price.

    7EugenePosted on: 4-28-2022

it was clean, cozy with good bed

birds were too loud (low sound isolation for windows), the apartment was tiny
