Amazing breakfast and big room with comfy bed.

The hotel looks new and the beds are comfortable

Where should I start? I booked a room with balcony and I received one without balcony, the price in my account was 117 euros but at the reception I paid 122 (not a big difference but it is about principle), the staff was ok except the boss, he was so arrogant, when I asked him about my room why it did not had a balcony he said I have to pay 15 euros extra (as I said I booked one with balcony but surprise whenever my pregnant wife wanted to relax and breath some fresh air she was supposed to go down 2 floors just to do that), checkout in app says 6:00 am and when I asked the "boss" if I can leave at 6 he said I need to pay first (of course I know I have to pay but here I sensed a bit of racism because I am romanian), he said that he will be there at 7 si I waited there from 6:45 until 7:30 and when he finally got there my wife told him that this is not normal and his reply was "this is Austria". I wanted to leave early because I had to drive 10 hours back to Germany and this 10 hours drive with a pregnant woman in the car turned in a 13 hours drive. I wanted to avoid the heat in the afternoon (most of it)....This hotel would be better with another "boss"

The property is on a great location, very clean and staff are very friendly…Breakfast is always very rich.. and at night at restaurant was very good atmosphere..

it's great location if you want 1 day stay for your visit to St Martins thermes. Hotel + restaurant. 15 minutes drive from thermes

at 7:00 am you will be woken up by sounds from castle which is 20 meters from hotel. no good sleep at all(

Nothing to criticise in this uncomplicated hotel. What stood out was the very friendly reception and the very good selection at breakfast. Parking on the street was very easy, but the hotel also has a first come first served free car park. We also appreciated that the hotel was only a ten minute drive from Das Fritz in Weiden, one of the best restaurants in the area and beautifully set looking across the lake.

Good location, near the motorway. Lovely village, unfortunately we weren't able to visit the winery near by, as we only stop for 1 night. Facilities? Everything was perfect, except the pillows... if there could be extra pillows available...

Very dirty, bugs in the apartment (silverfish), no soap. I tought it will be modest but I could not imagine that it will be that awful.

The worst experience ever

Everything in this shelter (it cannot be called hotel) was terrible. Starting with the unpleasant service at the entrance and that we want to check in, hardly we got an answer till when the restaurant is opened, dirty room, terrible breakfast and checkout with a man hardly speaking english. When we arrived the only thing we saw were drunk people at the entrance to the hotel and terrible smell. The price does not reflect the quality at all!

We couldn’t make it to the hotel and they were kind enough to refund most of the payment even though we canceled after the fact. We were pleasantly surprised and really appreciated it.

Very nice, the rooms are brand new! Nice staff, and the food is very good.
