Hotel Lusitano

it's a beautifu hotel. You definitely feel like you're at a spa. The pool facilities are the best you can find, with a water circuit and beautiful outdoor spaces.

The room was ok. I booked mentioning i needed wheelchair access and there were stairs i had to go up to the room, also stairs in the room itself. bathroom was great, everything was very clean. A few strange things like ripped towels and wifi never worked!

It was a great location and beautiful hotel. It was unfortunate that the front desk clerk was not welcoming and actually made me uncomfortable.

The tv location was funny, but not a big deal. They could use a stocked humidor.

Great location, facilities and staff. Unfortunately restaurant was closed.

The room was very large and with a large bathroom too. There is a spa although we didn't use it. Breakfast was very nice and the staff were very attentive and polite.

It was very warm in the room and I would have preferred not to have a duvet on the bed.

The room and bathroom were very spacious. The hotel was beautifully decorated and the breakfast was great. We had the spa all to ourselves both times we visited which was lovely.

A bit expensive

Hotel Lusitano is a beautiful place to stay. Extremely comfortable, wonderful room with a balcony, private, easy parking, lovely pool and garden

I couldn’t fault it

Absolutely wonderful, the Turkish bath was divine! Wonderful appies, drinks & breakfast! Lovely staff!

Beautiful small hotel away in the countryside. Old school charm. Huge rooms and bathrooms. Large comfortable bed and high quality bedding. Staff very nice. Breakfast was good.

The spa compliments the hotel and has a great range of treatments. Room was spacious and naturally bright. Breakfast served has a nice variety of options. What I loved was the fact that freshly squeezed orange and other fruit juices were available every morning.

My room was on the ground floor and it can be very noisy. You can hear people walking and talking upstairs which makes it difficult to fall asleep.Shower cabin can benefit from a deep cleaning to remove mould in the joints.

We enjoyed the atmosphere and the hospitality of the hotel. The service was wonderful overall, and the location was perfect for our needs. The area was clean, and we felt safe in the town. The pool and spa were very relaxing. We found there to be ample underground parking.

The breakfast service could have been better. The only encounter we had with staff at breakfast was for them to get the room number. The food provided was okay, but the hot foods were not always hot and there could be more variety.

The location is perfect for walking into the town. The facilities were great, our room was large as was the bathroom with a lovely terrace looking out over the garden. I have visited Golegã for the horse fair a few times and always wondered what this hotel was like, never got to stay as was always fully booked. It’s larger and far nicer than I could have imagined. The breakfast was also great!

Absolutely nothing.

A great hotel to rest.The room was large and very comfortable, the staff were friendly and the breakfast was varied and up to expectations. The car park is a plus.

The breakfast and dining is suburb. The sauna and spa facilities are great. The design is fantastic, everything is very tasteful and beautifully done.

The bed sheets, I'm afraid they are not 100% cotton and they should be to meet the quality of the rest of the rest of the hotel.

Good location on the Portuguese Camino. Restaurant on site but we didn’t use it. Breakfast very good. Room very large and comfortable. It wasn’t ready when we arrived but we had a free drink in the bar whilst we waited for it to be prepared so that was fine.

Hotel was lovely. We almost got turned away when we turned up wet in our walking gear as the person on reception thought we must be in the wrong place. But that was quite funny.

Nice hotel at the heart of Golegã, a city full of history with horse breeding and events in central Portugal. The outdoor area is really nice, great for walks, chatting, working remotely. The swimming pool is relaxing although the music can be distracting and too loud at times since there's no way to control the volume without having to ask the staff.

- pigeon nests on the roff make a lot of noise day and night.- breakfast was quite good but not too many options if don't eat meat/cold cuts. I wish they had more local cheeses for instance. Coffee machine could be better.

Spa pool was awesome and outdoor area beautiful. Room was a great size. Hotel was very lovely.

Bed was quite hard. It was very noisy in the corridor and you could hear a lot of noise from the rooms above.
