- We can not recharge our e-bike even if I had a phone call, before reservation, asking for that.
- There were two false digital thermostats in my suite. They connect to nothing. The old building cannot have a/c run through it. Opening the windows means listening to the noise of the bar and diners until late at night and having the suite fill with cigarette smoke. This was difficult in mid September - I can't imagine peak summer heat.
- No AirCon. Uncomfortably warm in the room and very noisy from the street below.

Fabulous modern room in gorgeous building, in central Glorenza. Very comfortable bed, lovely staff, excellent restaurant and facilities
Spacious and nice decor. Relaxing areas to sit. Nice touches like fruit on arrival, slippers and a robe. Staff were really attentive and helpful.

We liked the hotel very much, the location and the interiors were done very well. Hotels restaurant was excellent with very good food and wine selections. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here and would consider staying here again in the future.
The service during dinner failed to live up to the standards of the food and wine quality.
