Hotel Serenity Timisoara

the property was nice- however the rooms were so hot! we told the front desk and they said they adjust the temp to allow us to lower the temperature in our room, however it never was done- it was 27’c and we had to sleep with the window open every night the property itself was cute and the breakfast was great

Definitely some nonsense with the value box located at floor level so you need to be on your knee to acces it. Water closet not cleaned properly. Not enough staff for breakfast. I found a clean table on a Sunday morning at my 3rd attempt and half of the products were not replenished.

Extremely friendly staff, spacious and comfortable rooms, very clean, free parking, good WiFi, good breakfast, not far from the city center and main attractions.

The hotel gives you a vibe just like its name: Serenity. Very cozy, quiet, and clean. The staff is super nice and always looking to help the customers. There's also a restaurant on the ground floor with very good Italian food.

Everything was fine, I love everything about this place, the staff was amazing and it located in a quiet area.

The breakfast needs to be improved, it was almost empty at 10 am and the coffee machine needs to be replaced.

The location is not the greatest, it takes a bit to walk to the centre and the surroundings are a bit run-down. Rooms were very clean but there was a weird smell in the bathroom every time water was running - could be something to do with the water supply and not related to the hotel.There were a lot of guests at breakfast at the same time so service was a bit slower.

This hotel is not nearly as luxurious as it looks over the pictures. As soon as we got the keys and headed to our room, we got stuck in the elevator. We were there for 30 minutes, nobody came to give us any kind of update, and once the door opened nobody came to say sorry, explain what happened, or at least tell us whether the elevator is now working and should we use it or not, so we went up and down the stairs to our room on the 4th floor during our stay. We took the room with balcony, but balcony looks like it hasn’t been cleaned since the opening. In the room for two people, there was only one bathrobe.

Hotel is very nice, room is clean and comfortable, breakfast is also very good. As for the location, the hotel is outside of the city center and there is no traffic noice. The walk from the hotel to city center is about 25 to 30 minutes which is ok if you like to walk (10 to 15 mins to Roses park). Overall recommendation for this object.
