- The location was perfect for an overnight location as we drove from Germany towards Nice. The room was clean and quiet, The breakfast was abundant and quickly available. It was the first time I had stayed in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland so I found it beautiful and interesting.

Great welcome and good food. For us it was perfect but there’s nothing local shops or bars but we were travelling on motorcycles and just wanted a one night stay
This hotel/restaurant presented us with a nostalgic throw-back to the 80's, including the iconic Ovomaltine Abfallkübel on the breakfast table. The room was good for the price we paid, the bed and the bathroom with a large sized shower were more than adequate. The breakfast menu was very good with a croissant, orange juice, yoghurt, ham, cheese, jam etc as well as coffee and a wide choice of teas. Most of all though, we enjoyed the cheerful nature of the staff and their obvious pleasure in making our 2 night stay a memorable one.
