Nice quiet hotel close to the town centre.

Very little atmosphere. The lack of a restaurant or a lounge bar meant meant it was quite soulless.

The staff is very friendly. The hotel is old, but renovated in some areas. It’s beautiful. It’s in the city center of Gerardmer, so there are many restaurants around to choose from.

The walls are quite thin. You can hear the neighbors, especially when they decide to shower. The breakfast was a bit disappointing because nothing warm was offered. I was hoping for some warm eggs and bacon. Also, I believe the drinks (coffee) were charged extra.

Lovely renovated old-school hotel. Lovely staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, bathrooms and toilets.

Bed and pillow were a bit hard to my personal preference. Had a spare pillow in the closet, much fluffier. Perfect fit for averyone. :)

Nice and cosy hotel, great location, amazing atmosphere inside. I felt very very comfortable there and would definitely recommend it as a great value for money!

Reception staff might speak a bit better English (for non-French speaking tourists). That said, they were friendly, and always helped to the possible extent. Choice for breakfast was limited, but is OK, considering it’s only 12 euros.

We needed a hot drink to take medicine and found that the staff went off site at 9pm and there after there were no facilities to get a hot drink. We expected a kettle and cups in the room.

The water from the shower was impossible to contain without soaking the floor outside the screen, and was very slow to drain.

Bargaining for an extra fan with the hotel owner, as there were many available unclaimed.Maybe the owner had a bad day.Bedroom Coffee/Tea making facility is always a plus

Nice to have a private parking. I could enter my room easy late in the evening with help from the owners.

Decent sized double bed and good sized shower. Nice touch with the balcony with table and chairs.

This was our second time staying at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious (corner room 6) Very comfortable bed with a nice modern bathroom, friendly staff and secure parking for motorcycles

The bar has limited opening times, would have liked a drink after a long ride from UK. No tea/coffee facilities in room and no dressing table

Good 3 star in a good location. Bfast was worth the money. Staff was very nice all the time, great location, in the heart of the town and close to the lake.

My room (num 28) had a terrible smell of mould (we stayed in two rooms, the num 18 was just fine to be fair), the beds are not of great quality. Double rooms are pretty small.

Quiet rooms, nice breakfast, helpful staff... we enjoyed our stay very much!
