Magical place, quiet, in the middle of the forest, with a small stream running inside. Cool and pleasant in the booking summer.

Needs better cleaning

The staff of the hotel is truly amazing. The food at the restaurant delicious.

The hotel seems to be undergoing some partial renovation, as we were travelling with a young child we were very stressed of him falling from an unsecured stair case or pulling one of the many cables just hanging around. Also, the main reason we went there was to use the swimming pool on a really hot summer day and rest on our way to Greece, unfortunately the pool is unheated and despite the 40 degrees outside the water was freezingly cold. Overall, the hotel has great potential and the staff is truely outstanding, but they need to finish the construction work going on and heat the pool.

We were there off season, the only people there many things were closed and being renovated, it is impossible to say what it will be like. Pretty location, nice little town.

No one there hot tub not working

This was our second time in this hotel and I would come again. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, the shower gel was fragrant and the people were very kind. The restaurant was very good.

Everything was perfect.Clean and comfortable, good quiet location.We were traveling with bicycles - the place offers a lot of room to store your bicycles securely. If you are in the sports mood they have a lot of facilities some even overlooking the village.The food we tried was delicious made with very good quality products. Will definitely visit again.The reception girl was very kind and polite… so it was all very good :)

Everything was perfect.

Great location, tucked in a beautiful forest, with Belasitsa national park right at its doorstep. Lovely gardens with a stream running through, a sauna hut and a jacuzzi on the rooftop surrounded by the crowns of the chestnut trees. Spacious and comfortable room, large balcony with a nice view. Welcoming staff. It was very quiet and relaxing during our stay.

I would strongly recommend the inclusion of a few vegetarian dishes in the menu. During our three days stay our only choice was salad or potatoes. A decent coffee or coffee machine would be nice - there was only Nescafé on offer.

Had a spacious Apartment. Natural surroundings

Bed very hard and apart from one lady on reception nobody spoke english making ordering food difficult. Also note there is no lift and many stairs!

Location is very nice, friendly staff and proper English speakers - those who need language teachers should go to school ?.Generous buffet for breakfast, tasty and fresh; we were a group of 8, everybody was happy with their meal.Chargers for EV in the parking lot, you need to cross the bridge over the spring to reach it.

The last 500 meters off-road to get to the place; the negligence of outside walls & windows cleaning; the unfinished stuff you find almost all around; not so great furniture, but rather comfortable beds; stained sheets & towels, yet quite clean feel... Too bad, you have a GEM there, just needs some extra polishing, in my opinion.The Bulgarian bathroom philosophy, with open shower, so you can wet everything in the bathroom having one... I can't understand it, maybe you'll explain it to me? ?

Nice place but many broken windows which can heart someone

I'm writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent hotel booking through your platform. On August 19th, after an exhausting 8-hour drive, my family and I arrived at the hotel late at night, only to find no one available to check us in. Despite multiple calls to your customer service, including speaking with Frank and Liza, we were repeatedly told to wait 45 minutes. After nearly 3 hours with no resolution, we had to sleep in a field at 5 AM, as no other accommodations were available. This experience was unacceptable and extremely distressing, especially for our young children. I expect a prompt and satisfactory resolution, including appropriate compensation for the ordeal we endured.

First off I want to say that the food was amazing! For the short period of time while we were there, we tried as much types of food as we could - everything was so delicious.The staff was all so friendly and nice, no issues at all with them.Location is amazing, it is quiet. You are at the bottom of the mountain so it’s fresh air.Rooms are good, we had a balcony which was a big plus.

They could improve the maintenance of the pool.Our room was not cleaned once throughout our 4 days (3 nights) stay.There were containers for hand soap, shampoo and shower gel but they were all almost empty.We had a hole in our door (you could see it from the inside of the room, looks like someone punched it), maybe they could think of replacing it.

A lovely spot in the woods. Great atmosphere and an even greater view.Staff was lovely, there was plenty of parking space and the breakfast was tasty.

The hotel is situated in a very beautiful natural location, with a very nice restaurant with delicious food. There is much space for kids to play and very close by there are beautiful hikes, waterfalls and of course Rupite & Petrich. And the staff is very kind and helpfull. I really recommend this hotel!

I did not find any negative things

Very nice and clean hotel in a very calm and beautiful place with very good staff.

The staff is very polite and smiled. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel is at very quiet and pleasant place surrounded by the forest.

The road in the village and to the location is not well maintained, but it is directly connected with the staff and the hotel.

The area is beautiful and a paradise for nature lovers!The facility is placed inside trees and close to hiking trails.The room was clean and neat.The saouna facility is definitely a must. Τhe personnel was very kind and helpful! Stanislav (Savvas), the Hotel Manager, was polite and friendly and also suggested us places to visit which made our stay even better! We definitely visit them again!

We didn’t meet anything worth mentioning.

Perfectly located hotel, practically inside the forest. Very quite and picturesque location. There was an amazing sauna with very nice view, inside the forest as well. Our room was big with all the amenities and a very nice view in the mountain. There was also a nice restaurant with reasonable prices and tasty food. Overall a very nice visit.

Well, the stuff didn't know English (or Greek, typical for the area). But they were all willing to try their best and in every way possible. Overall it turned out being very helpful.
