Hotel CITY Petrich

High-end rooms and furniture.

Faucet in bathroom was hard to turn.

Clean, tidy, nice location, friendly staff, good value for money.

The room was very big, clean and beautiful. Nice service

Extremely helpful staff. Good location.

Lack of breakfast options could be a problem for families with children.

Nice, clean, spacious, quiet, comfortable beds, friendly staff. We can definitely recommend it. The place is wonderful to stay for a few days and explore the city and the sights around it.

A minor issue - there was not at least one glass in the room. Not a big problem but if you want to drink a glass of water it might be. Probably if we had asked the staff would have given it to us but it was late and we preferred not to disturb them.

Beds, especially the mattresses, are so comfy and able to sleep without a problem. The bathroom was really cozy. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. Would re-visit the hotel again. It met our expectations.

Perfect hotel. Clean with great decoration. The best room we have ever stayed. Great surprise. Friendly and helpful staff. Thank you.

The location is quite a walkable distance from the city center. Clean. The staff is fluent in English and very helpful. The mattress had a mattress cover.

The mattress was a bit soft. The shower heads seemed to need a bit of repairs.

Perfect location , beautiful room and all reception staff was friendly and helpful .Cleanliness and excellent service

A/C was not working in both rooms but I didn’t report it since it was hot anyways and we didn’t need it

It was clean and the room is good size , the location is ok, staffing is great, very good value for the money though

No breakfast options, the bathroom - old and no shower cabin , all wet floor

Clean and comfortable room. Overall friendly staff.

Insufficient parking for the number of rooms.

It was exceptionally clean and well kept, better than some 5* properties on this count. Very comfortable mattresses, pillows. Quiet rooms. We met three receptionists during our brief stay and they were helpful, smiley and accommodating to our requests. Strongly recommended when in Petrich.

A short walk to the centre.

The place was nice and clean. The employee, working at the reception, was very kind and polite.

The hotel has a beautiful garden, you should make it so, that the guests of the hotel can enjoy it with a couple of benches.

The room is big and very well aranged. The bed is very comfortable. It's clean and everything looks new.

There are no light switches near the bed and an electrical socket near the desk. There are no glasses in the room.

Stayed for one night (transit). Very clean, comfortable room. Above expectations

Very specious and modern room. Location close to city centre and overall very good value for money.

very clean, spatious, friendly staff, private parking, very good value for money.

I could hear the noisy family with children in the next room until late in the night.

Very friendly staff, clean room, overall good value for money.

There was no breakfast / coffee option available, it would be nice to have the option, even if it would be possible to have it only upon booking.

I like the hotel, location was perfect, room was clean and good size. The stuff was very helpful ordering food.

Nice and very spacious room. Super helpful staff. Great location.

No restaurant, but wasn’t a big problem
