The location of this property was perfect for a one night stay and the hotel staff were very helpful.

Unfortunately the rooms had not been cleaned when we arrived. But this was soon rectified.

The bus stop in front of the hotel is practical. The tools and repair facilities for skis/snowboards or bicycles are also helpful.

A no-frills hotel in the Alps. If you like it, this accommodation is for you. If you value comfort and atmosphere, this is not the place for you. The entrance hall and hotel bar have the charm and acoustics of a station concourse. The rooms are very spartanly furnished. The bed was only slightly longer than 190 cm. My feet had to dangle outside. You have to pay 2 EUR for a sauna towel. At a price of over 330 EUR for a double room, that's pretty petty.We will not be returning.

Lunch and dinner menu - awful salad with “turkey”.. Lighting and music downstairs (too bright, too quiet). No music during breakfast. No free weights in fitness room

Alex at reception upon arrival was great, very helpful, also helped us with info on Slovenia, our final destination. Covered parking for our motorbikes (but not completely closed-off and at an extra charge). Hotel in a quiet, mountainous village, at the start of the famous Silvretta mountain pass, great for motorbiking.

Wet from a day's motorbike ride in the rain, we were not informed that there were drying cabinets available (usually for skiing gear). We only discovered that the next dag upon departure again.Hoping to ride by motorbike over the Silvretta and hence choosing this hotel for a stop-over, we were very disappointed to learn that the pass was closed the day before.

As it's in off-season, there were very limited services. No room cleaning for 2 nights, sauna was open but no heating, only pizza or pasta for dinner available at resutaurant. Should not open during off-season if you offer such a limited services only (or should inform at booking websites of these limitations with discount rate)!

The bike room was excellent - secure, ventilated and spacious with racks on which many bikes could be hanged.Breakfast was decent, standard buffet affair.

The rooms were very "form before function", preferring hip sporty aesthetic over actual practicality. For example, for some reason, power outlets are placed about a meter above the "night stand"/bed-side shelf: be sure to bring a long charging cables when visiting this hotel. The only place to sit down was an awkward pair of seats placed between the room's single window and the blinds (can't sit down and have the blinds closed).The bathroom had no windows and zero ventilation, it will be damp for a day after taking a shower (even if you leave the door open). This is made worse by the fact that the shower bath has no door and no screen, just a small piece of plexiglass separating it from the actual bathroom, so good luck not getting the entire place wet when showering.The restaurant only offers instant/frozen meals, for not that much cheaper than what you would expect an actual meal to cost (8 Eur for a mediocre frozen pizza).

Perfect location, modern and practical design in the rooms, smart equipment for winter sports, friendly staff, great spa, nice restaurant and many more:-)

I missed glasses for drinking water in the room

they were extremely nice and changed our room last minute. the hotel is also situated very comfortably with the shuttle bus stop exactly in front of the building.

Our room was cold the heater was barely warm - we went to the reception twice and they kept saying they will send someone to fix it but no one came. we slept in the cold. also, although you pay for breakfast you have to make it yourself. i was amazed that they put a stove, eggs and ingredients to cook your own eggs in the breakfast area (who wants to do that when you paid for breakfast??)

The hotel is just amazing. Very cool atmosphere and clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. Amazing people. The breakfast was also very tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

Nice big hotel with good facilities, great location, tasty breakfast.

Pillows in the rooms are horrible. Super small, feels like there is no pillow at all.

I think we just had a bad luck. Bed linen a specially pillows weren't fresh. But staff helped asap.

- Street-side rooms are very noisy due to constant traffic and poor insulation.- Absurdly loud and incessant noise from 6AM kept me from sleeping (sounded like housekeeping, but can't be sure).- Housekeeping knocking on my door at 8AM when checkout is until 10:30.- Lots of flies hovering around and on the breakfast food (I counted 7), really disgusting.Overall, it was a terrible stay. Won't be coming back for sure.

The breakfast was really okay, as well as the parking area, which was cheap and with lots of place for parking inside a secure area.The hotel administration is taking seriously the COVID's related precautions, and the guests are, inclusive, organised by time slots about on when to go for breakfast.

The shower does not have a door, so the entire bathroom gets soaked with water. The bed makes noise all the time you move on it. The tempertaure in the room is not controlled by the guests, as there is no separated AC or controls for them. There is no fridge in the room and also no vending machines so the guests can buy something cooler to drink along their stay, but only through the bar, dowstairs. The picture we see in the website is measleading, as what we see there is in fact another public facility nearby the hotel, with garden area, tables, chairs and swimming pool.We booked the hotel for 11 nights but, stayed there for only 7 nights due to unforenseen family issues. However, by the rules of the hotel, no refund would take place. Therefore, something that we would keep in mind in the future if coming back to this hotel.
