- Central location and good dinner and breakfast. We were happy with an upgrade into the newer part of the hotel at the backside of the hotel, which was very quiet. Very good room, bathroom and a good bed. Our bikes could be stalled inside a barn next to the hotel. Would love to come back.

Charming hotel, the rooms are simple but very comfy.The staff was lovely and the restaurant, very good.
Excellent location on our frequents journeys between UK and DK.Typical german gasthof ,very pleasant,,good food and nice terrace facing occational noisy street.Rooms comfortable and quiet ,easy parking.Garrel a bit off the beaten track, but easy enough to get to,and not far from two motorways.
