The public areas, the wellness and the rooms were really clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was always available, but they weren’t disturbing. The staff of the restaurant was very friendly, especially Richard. Richard’s wine recommendation was really good. We had a wide variety of vegetables and we enjoyed the main courses and desserts as well.

Location is a good central point for skiing in Fügen which we didn't and Kaltenbach and Hochfügen which we did. Breakfast is more than sufficient, the breakfast coffee is so la la. Afternoon snacks is also more than sufficient. Evening meals are good. Staff are generally very friendly. Ski cellar is well laid out. Hotel bar is comfortable and Tom the barman is a very likeable chap.
Salad buffet is a little on the sparse side considering the price of the hotel
The staff was exceptionally friendly and flexible. My partner has special food allergies and the kitchen has planned a menu for him and he even got a dessert that was planned based with his allergies. This was so heartwarming and felt very special. Thank you again!
Great spa facilities, great dinner
While spa facilities and the restaurant are highly modern, rooms need a much needed update. Unfortunately, our room interior looked outdated and smelled like smoke.
