Pros +
- Hotel Bruno is such a great hotel. The owners and staff are super friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable and the food is great. We keep coming back, I can't wait for next year!
- Good breakfast. Staff were really helpful. Bar charges pretty reasonable. Wine choice good and not expensive.
- Super friendly staff, delicious food, great location. Everything was perfect.
Cons -
- No tea nor coffee in the room.
- I'll start with the obvious. Being on the road, staying in a hotel in the evening, you expect peace, rest and dinner. From entering the hotel, everything was a problem. I can forgive that we were 15 minutes before the restaurant closing time and our orders were not taken. Next, we headed to a room-apartment in a 4* hotel. I haven't encountered this in any hotel yet - there was not even 1 bottle of plain mineral water or a glass in the room. Everyone thirsty after the journey and you have nothing to drink from - shock. I do not know if it is related to the fact that we were out of the winter season, but the hotel was deserted. In the morning, a modest breakfast, bread + cheese and cold cuts (no scrambled eggs, no hot stuff - e.g. sausages). I have not met in Austria or Germany that there were no sausages for breakfast. I will not describe the entire accommodation process - everyone can have a weaker day and I am very tolerant.
- Drinks not included in half-board but a bit expensive.

Super friendly staff, delicious food, great location. Everything was perfect.
Super friendly receptionist. The view from the terrace was beautiful. The kids liked breakfast.
No tea nor coffee in the room.
Extremely polite and peofessional personnel. Huge room & super comfy bed! Bonus points for the breakfast.
Such a warm and wonderful welcome by the friendliest and most welcoming staff I have ever come across in my all my travels. They made the whole stay an absolute pleasure from beginning to end. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the Zillertal. Great views from the very comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and a fabulous dinner with freshly picked forest mushrooms from the region. All together a real treat. Highly recommended.
The hotel is in a beautiful location like all the others in this village. Although it is a more historic building, it is immaculately clean here. MOST (...) of the staff are well-trained and courteous, with a professional approach to the customer. In winter, you will appreciate the proximity of the gondola lift to the ski slope. That's all.

Excelente location and food. Good size room and very friendly staff. Play room with football table. Food options for kids.

Nice and stylish hotel in small village in the mountains. Nice and friendly service at check in and check out. Parking lot was small and challenging. Wi-fi was fast with no issues. The room was clean, quiet, spacious enough, and with large closet and nice couch. We got a baby bed even without request. The bathroom was standard.Fantastic view from the room! We were lucky to get the room with the largest balcony with nice flowers.
The breakfast was poor, but the service was good (tea/coffee was served by a nice lady, she brought glass of milk for the child and child seat was already in place). The coffee was from pot with milk aside. A lot of ordinary buns (not good), bread and cheese, but nothing hot like omelette or sausages, only boiled egg. Fruits were also not good. This was first time we had to eat muesli. Juice was bad – mixed with water. We left hungry.Water was spilt to the floor from the shower. Hair dryer was not good.
Very friendly staff, and close to the Spieljochbahn. The food was excellent.
the value for the money Is ok..
not a lot of choice in the breakfast, cold coffee and sour orange juice
we stayed there only one night on the way to some other places. Everything was ok, clean and excelent breakfast. Fugen is a small village at the bottom of Innsbruck mountains. I would worth it to stay longer and be at this nice place, but we only passed trought.Only little dissadvantage was that they have no late checking (up to 10pm), but we were on time.
Possibility of late checking could make it even better.
Friendly staff, nice meals, good facility
No fridge in the room, less comfortable mattress in the bed
Very nice and Clean room, beautiful view, balcony. We enjoyed the wellness, which exceeded our expectations. ❤️
Bruno hotel is remarkable for its hospitality. The way the hotel manager works here should be the golden standard for any hotel - very attentive to each and every guest. We arrived quite late and were very happy to have a dinner at the hotel.
Just be aware that the hotel is on the top of the hill, if you are without a car it is quite a hike on its own.
