The inability of staff to communicate in English.

The personell was very kind and polite. The breakfast was tasty, and you have a big variety of options to choose from.The room was clean and warm. We had our own bathroom with a shower and bathtub. We visited the place in February, but I bet it is a nice place for summer, too.We had a request to prepare the room for our 6 years old birthday boy, and they nailed it! For 15 euro, we got more than expected.Thank you for an amazing customer service!

We chose the hotel for a quick sleepover before travelling to Berlin. The price was very good and a tasty breakfast was included. Good price for value for a family. The equipment was sufficient.

We were a late arrival and the signage was poor. Needed to have a sign that after hours check in is in the back. In the back, it was hard to see the reception sign.

The location was great - little lake nearby, benches to sit.The staff was great - very helping, friendly, efficient.

Room was smaller than expected - to overprised.Curtains so thing, that light from the street was disturbing all night.The same with noise - even with closed windows it was too loud. Lights of the passing car was waking up because of super-thing curtains.Shower was old. Shower holder was broken, old showerbed, with difficulty moving shower doors.

We booked this beautiful accommodation, because of its location during New Year's Eve. We wanted to escape the noise with out dog! You're surrounded by nature, and a beautiful lake. We were positively surprised by the beautiful place and the friendliness and warmth of the staff. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We're looking forward to visiting you again!

Staff were nice and the small garden next to the river was great to wake up to.

Unfortunately we ordered a cot with our booking, which was confirmed but not made available. A day later they got back to my wife that if we wanted a cot we would need to pay an extra Euro 10 charge, we accepted that even though it said 'cot free' on the booking. However, when we got there, they didn't have cot to give us, it was slightly disappointing.

The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower cabin. The stay was pleasant. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

The shower head didn't work well and the toilet feels like it's going to sag under the weight. Nothing special, but it can be improved :)

Very bad experience

Very unfriendly stuff at reception.Talking about me (front of me)in russian.He not even look at me.No chance to pay with card for beverage or foid.He accept only cash.Very poor room with ciggaretes smell.Nobody speak german or english.Morning I wait 2 hours for invoice,but nobody shows up in reception.So I have to left without invoice.For whole time nobody from stuff say even hello ,guteg tag or something. Very very strange experience.Breakfest iwas other sad story.

Room so small, that there doesn't fit larger suitcase.It's with joining doors and those very thin, so it is possible to hear everything, even when they breathe.It was good hotel some 100 years ago.
