Modern and clean facilities. Nice room. Excellent breakfast. Free parking. We also enjoyed the Henninger Stuben nearby for a nice meal and great beer.

Reception closes relatively early but you can get the key via a rather sophisticated automatic teller outside. Makes it a little less personal, but convenient nonetheless.

Suited our needs as local to meet our friends in Forst .Room by the lake with balcony .Just short drive off autobahn.

Had an issue with the card entry as doors are closed at 20.00 hrs

Very clean and silent. Close to the highway so very convenient during long trips as a rest stop. I was surprised by its delicious cuisine.

The room had good space and modern decor. The location was near a small lake, offering a nice view.

The bed mattress could be better.

Kettle in the room is missing, and there are also no hooks in the bathroom. Location makes car mandatory.

The location of the hotel is very nice! And the hotel has a modern feel. The bathroom is ok. The quality of the matras was fine for me.

The service and standard could be way better. The hotel has the potential to be a 4 star hotel. But, it has flaws. The rooms could be more luxurious. These are now very basic. The absence of a minibar for instance. So when you buy some beverages you can't keep them chilled. There was no climate control or airconditioning in the room. The room looked a bit boring. There was not much decoration. The restaurant was closed, because there where not enough people said the receptionist. But, on booking.com. It said the hotel was booked full. Strange. I would have liked to drink some coffee in the morning of the terrace enjoying the views. However this was not possible. There was no hotel bar inside. Only some machines to get some beverages. Last but not least, I paid for breakfast for both the nights I stayed. But did'nt use breakfast. And the receptionist said it was "difficult" to get a refund for the breakfast. For me this was disappointed. It's not about the money because it was only 12 euro x 2. But, it's about weak service. Next time when I am in the region. I will book a different hotel for sure. Long story short, this hotel has so much potential but because of different flaws and weak service it does'nt reach it's potential. This is my honest opinion... And I am just a guy from the Netherlands that stays in hotels about 20x times a year. Greetings and all the best!

The lake view was stunning. We really loved eating on the deck that came with our room. Maria the receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. The room we chose to stay in was newly renovated and very clean. My husband enjoyed swimming in the lake.

I had booked a bigger room, but that specific room did not come with central air A/C and felt much hotter and stuffier than smaller, newly renovated rooms. So I chose to stay at a smaller, newly renovated room. The downside of central air A/C is that I had no control of the thermostat and it actually felt quite hot at night. I opened the window for ventilation and plenty of mosquitos and other critters flew into the room. Next day, I informed the staff regarding the situation, and Maria was helpful and gave me a fan for the following night.

Awesome new building joining directly to the older one. Very close to the Autobahn but far enough away to be quiet.

Staff very helpful and friendly. We stayed one night here on route to Switzerland. Proximity to the motorway good without being too close. Bar and restaurant were closed as most are in Germany on a Sunday evening. So we came prepared and ate on our balcony overlooking the lake

The hotel was okay it was clean and we had a lakeside view

No receptionist Very complicated machine outside to try and get into hotel which then didn't work, ,Had to phone up to get someone to let us in and obtain card for room.No information pack in room to tell us times for breakfast or any other information to talk to someone if we needed anything else.There was no fan or air conditioning.

Very helpful and friendly staff, warm welcome, great food and very spacious and well appointed room

Everything, ease of getting there, just off the main highway. Staff could not do much more, explained everything, and were very welcoming. patio for drinks next to the lake, relaxing after a 6-hour motorbike ride, just what we needed. food of a high quality too. Definitely recommend to others, especially to my biker friends.
