Cons -
- The room was tired. Leaking tap, very uncomfortable chair ( seat stuffing had collapsed) and generally the room ( a suite) needs refreshing.No option for wine by the glass at dinner.Breakfast was great but overwhelmed by a wedding party. There were people outside my door in the corridor at 08:00 having makeup done for the wedding. Just as well I didn't want a 'lie in'!
- The room ,the old furniture ,there was no duvet on the bed ,we found two in the wardrobe but were disgusting ,with duck feathers coming out and also dirty spots.The walls were dirty ,too ,there were signs of splashed mosquitoes or other insects on the ceiling .Luckily we only spent one night

The garden, the bathroom

Everything. The staff were helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic. The food was top quality. The hotel is by far one of the best I have stayed in Italy
