Pros +
- Breakfast was OK, a little basic but then I'm British and would like the option of hot boiled eggs and toast, but other than that it as fine.
- no, we had booked breakfast but it was already closed and they had to reopen. There was no bread anymore. Just croisants
- Nice, clean room. Check in/out without seeing staff. I was lucky to catch one of the two free parking spots of the hotel.
Cons -
- nothing to complain about
- Even though the kitchen was well equipped (oven, sink, refrigerator, freezer, dishware, silverware, etc.) there weren't any pots or pans to cook with in the room. I had to ask the reception twice, but on the 2nd day they let me borrow a pan, so that I could cook some pasta for me and the kids, so that in the end it worked out well.
- needs a better iron, it works but it’s a bit broken.

it is great small hotel in Flawil, rooms are nice, modern and clean and big enough for 3 plp, staff is friendly, plenty of parking spots around, and many restaurants in the area. the owner is very friendly and helpful
nothing to complain about
Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The room was big, bright, new and clean and had a well equipped small kitchen. Beds were big and comfortable, bathroom new and very clean. Private parking spaces (a few underground and some more on the street) available with no extra cost.
