    • This hotel is more a hospital, where customers follow treatment. It is decorated and smells as an hospital. There is no relaxing spa unlike the description states. Absolutely awful. I don't even tell you about breackfast. Flee.
    • The hotel and "spa" resemble a physiotherapy centre for senior citizens. The furniture and decor are from the 70s or 80s. The "spa-treatment" which one pays extra includes a sauna entry, a jacuzzi and lying down on heated stones (all of what usually is included in many normal swimming pools, and of higher standard). Other than that one gets free entry to a normal swimming pool. The free breakfast includes a variety of rather low quality products, and the coffee tastes so bad it is undrinkable (the hotel bar is also closed until midday, so there is no possibility of getting a decent cup of coffee in the morning). We booked for two nights but decided to leave after the first night. We didn't get reimbursed for the night and "spa" which we didn't use.

Location was lovely, bed was very comfortable

Noise could be heard very easily - other guests through the night and housekeeping staff in the morning

Nice balneario. Remote, relaxing, all good. Breakfast was a bit basic, but very well organized, absolutely sufficient.

The centralized aircon was switched off overnight. In the morning, the room became uncomfortably as it was direct exposed to the sunshine.

This is a lovely spa/hotel in the countryside. The outside pool is wonderful as well as the inside Roman mineral pool.It is very nice having the restaurant available; the menu is varied with a good selection of dishes, and has a lovely courtyard available for dining from morning tell night. This spa is mostly used by the Spanish citizens with very few people from other countries; nice feel to the quests that stay here.

One small issue was a light in our room; it flickered all night for the 1st night of our 3 day stay, and the staff was not able to shut it out. This made our 1st night very unpleasant, and they should have adjusted the cost of our 1st night because of this; they didn't. Most hotels would have made an effort to do something. It was not worth our making a fuss; the staff didn't speak any English, and our Spanish was not good enough to express our displeasure clearly concerning this discomfort.
