The room was too warm and we couldn't open any windows. The staff forgot to add a baby crib to our room. We needed to wait more than an hour for the crib and it was late in the evening.

Very expensive for painted floor boards, one towel over 2 nights, staff that rarely did anything beyond taking my money

Great wellness centre. Hotel is super clean. Comfortable beds. We were upgraded to apartment which is highly recommended and it had everything needs. Best breakfast I've eaten in all my stays in hotels. Friendly staff. Great location.

The room in the annex was really, really warm and didn't have air conditioning. Also the beds were way too soft.

Keep in mind when booking: weddings take place often. They can be quite noisy during the night (bass from music, people walking walking/running past the room late at night).

I very much enjoyed the view and the location of the hotell.

Small details were missing like extra towels for the spa area. That the steam room only worked if you asked same with the outside jacuzzi. And there was no phone in the establishment so you had to go to the reception in your wet clothes to ask them for extras all the time. No smell good soap in the spa, only hand soap. Its the amall details i was missing during my visit.

Short way from the annex-room to the main hotel. Nice spa and relax area, both indoor and outdoor .Good breakfast area with good selection and staff.

We found out later the the annex-rooms where good for dog-owners and the rooms where not sound proof so we could hear the dogs all the time. The parking right outside the annex-rooms should have been reserved for the guests in the annex-rooms because with no aircondition we had to have the windows open at night because of the heat and woke up from cardoors closing and other guests shouting to each other comming and going.There was a wedding outdoor on sunday, wich was the most sunny day in our stay, and the staff colsed the outside pool and tanning area. The staff must have known abbout this long time ahead and could have informed the other guests by putting up messages so we could plan our day different.

Beautiful scenery, nice staff and nice beds. wellness area was clean, working as it should and easy to access.

the wellness area was not informed about upon arrival and the webpage did not contain any information. ended up discovering it upon check out. However nice staff let us use it as a end of our trip.

Some hotels are memorable simply because they are excellent. Other hotels are memorable because, as well as excelling in the art of hospitality, they have their own personality. Strand Hotel Fevik surprised me in many ways. It exceeded my expectations — not only because of the great-quality service and the privileged location, but also because every single detail seems to have been well thought through. It is a history lesson. It is also a place with a stunning landscape where you can relax every cell of your body and forget about everything else. We were quite lucky to end up in Room 312, which arguably has one of the best views in south Norway. Highly recommended.

I loved absolutely everything about this hotel.

Breakfast was delicious every morning. Everything was clean and tidy.
