Garden Hotel Alghero

It is very close to the airport, so stayed there for one night before heading to La pelosa. I had the most comfortable night. Beds are outstanding, cleaning is impeccable, staff very is nice. I have arrived midnight and even though I was able to do a self check in. I am really thankful for what they are doing there. I strongly appreciate all the comfort I had that night.

There is no back door to the pool. It would be beautiful if the guests could have access to the pool without passing by parking lot

The location is perfect, serene and the color schemes throughout the interior including the linens are immaculate, something that you would see in a four-star hotel. The temperature didn't need to be adjusted it's really easy to contact the owners. It was so nice I ended up booking an extra day! To my surprise when I returned they tidied up the room which wasn't expected at all.

The check in was a little complicated since my phone wasn't sure if it should use the app or website, however it was resolved quickly.

We arrived early and there was staff to help us, thankfully, since the key doesn’t get activated until 3. The property’s pool was open so we spend some time using it, we were the only ones so that was nice! AC worked very good. Worth the price, close to airport so it’s a nice stay if you have an early flight out

It’s a “smart” hotel and we had difficulty opening our bedroom door, but the staff showed us the first time and after we had no issues.

The bathroom door, in a room for 3, had a door that did not close.

The staff were very responsive and helpful, and the fact that there was a private car park and it was easy to get to. Accessibility at any time of day

Great location close to the Alghero airport. The hotel is actually very nice, lying in a beautiful garden with a pool. Our room was super clean and comfy. Great bathroom. Digital check-in was ok, but a bit extensive. Good digital solutions for arrival: the gate opener, main door opener, room door code... Breakfast, parking inside.

Digital check-in was ok, but a bit extensive - with an additional payment of 1 eur p.p. tourist tax, it should be the part of the hotel price, so I did not need to use my time for second payment

Self-check-in/self-check-out 24 hours, excellent breakfast, nice swimming pool, close to airport. (About 50 minutes walk).

Sometimes you would appreciate ear plugs...

Nice scenery around the property, an english like lawn. Good value for money. Is good if you have a car, you can park inside safely, in Alghero parking is difficult.

Location that was downloaded from Booking.com was inaccurate and sent me miles away

Away from crowds, very quiet environment, superbly clean, safe parking within the property, 5 minutes drive from the airport, 2 minutes drive to Fertilia that is a little picturesque village has everything you need included beaches, 5 minutes away from the town of Alghero , excellent staff, honestly I couldn’t ask for more

The problem with doors only controlled by app, is when technology fails. Luckily for me, there was a cleaner around, who could help me get in.
