Pros +
- Great location. Beautiful and had a great view in the mountains. Very easy to spot, ample parking. The room was very cozy and comfortable. Very large room. Only a 30 or so minute drive to Courchevel. We appreciated the restaurant on site, and the food was very good. We would definitely stay again.
- - spacious room- the spa
- The breakfast was good.
Cons -
- Water got everywhere while showering. The glass panel is short, so had to be strategic with aiming the shower wand.
- - location (no restaurant nearby)- the bar tender...she was unfriendly and rude when we ordered, she also forgot one drink (out of 4) and when we told her some thing was missing she said she were never ask for that drink. Also, we wanted to eat at the restaurant but her behavior made us drive to the next city to eat something.
- There was no AC and it was too hot to sleep. The hotel was old and needs a renovation. I couldn't find or have access to the pool or spa.

Cheap but you pay for what you get !
Very cheap and basic - mattress - hard , room didn’t feel very clean , as stains on carpets . 2 staff insisted I had already paid for breakfast . I couldn’t see I had on my booking and said II had not but they said definitely had - so had a coffee and bread . When checked out they charged me !!! Husband enjoyed his . I was fuming to be told wrong information when double checked !
Location for our final detonation was perfect.
Restaurant fully booked when we checked in at 5pm. No room service. Found a local restaurant and think we got the better scenario to be honest. Breakfast was served from 07:00, they opened at 0:7:10 but decided to leave it, not impressed with it.
Spa was good.
The hotel wasn’t as nice as the photos. You have to pay for the spa.
comfy bed
no bar, no food, no water, when we arrived.
Good size rooms, friendly and helpful staff. We travelled in ski season and it was easy to access the nearby town and mountains. Shuttle buses available but we didn’t use these. A car is required as it’s located off a main road and there are no shops, cafes, restaurants in walking distance. The hotel’s restaurant was good with a simple but good menu.
The hotel’s restaurant was closed for two days, which seemed to be due to quiet trade. A shame as this meant there was no lunch or dinner offer, and no bar.
spacious rooms
bad smell throughout the downstairs (probably chlorine from the spa) and outside a persistent sewer smell. The area is not very accessible, there are no restaurants around, but it's good that there is a supermarket where you can do your shopping. We couldn't have dinner in the hotel because of the smell.
Good
The breakfast was really not on the right level for this category …canned fruits, no fresh fruits, poor choice of cheese, not even water proposed etc…
The restaurant gets a good amount of natural light. The bed was comfortable. Food was tasty.
The pool and leisure facilities should be included for all guests. The rooms are small. The shower is complicated and flooded the bathroom. The hairdryer is weak. There are internal doors between the bedroom corridors and the stairs/lift but it’s not clearly signposted. There is a constant smell of cooking in the stairwell. Two of the limited menu items were not in stock and one of the two vegetarian items was had meat in it. It could give a better overall experience.
Nice hotel and nice sauna although all the jacuzzi’s wasn’t hot enough As well as the sauna’s…
We only stayed for one night to sleep before continuing our journey, so I can't say much. The room was decent, and the breakfast was quite good.
If you arrive late in the evening, there are no free parking spaces near the hotel and it's unclear where to park the car. Eventually, we found a spot when someone left, but if we hadn't found one, we would have had to park far away.
It was convenient before traveling to courchevel, nice and staff was nice
Outdated and no open food around
Spa area not bad, but you must pay for it, it wasn’t any information that swimming pool also not for free, but it is.Good cleaning service
First of all, the staff on the reception is rude and not helpful. We arrived 2 pm, they said that room will be ready at 3pm, but when we ask at 3 pm, they said that rooms are not ready and do not know when it will be possible to do check in for us. Totally, they give us one room around 4 pm and another room at 5 pm, the explanation was that they do not have enough staff and when we ask about compensation that they can provide of our destroyed plans and wasting 2 hours, one elderly women said: nothing. Without I am sorry for that situation or something like that. And after that we wanted to bring our luggage from storage room and she just ignored us?Another thing is breakfast which was in a very bad condition. They had only boiled cold eggs, that was not always fresh cooked, few pieces of ham, etc, milk with cereal, 3 type of cheese and some small variety of bakery (it was 2 sweet type and 3 type of bread) and they never change it, every day the same
Bad
No services at all. No care and friendly staff, village level. The breakfast time from 7.00 until 8.30, what is impossible, because I arrived at 2 am. No more options, no restaurant inside, no restaurants around. I was hungry half day after 7 hours of road.I paid extra for the room with spa access, but hotel is not kids friendly. Swimming pool just from 14 years old, my son was absolutely upset. When I asked about massage, everything was full, staff even didn’t try to solve this issue. I will never go back to this terrible place. In the hotel smells of smoke everywhere.
Just OK.
Restaurant was booked out. No lunch options. No other options in the area.
IT’s location to where I wanted to visit
Advertised as air conditioned but found air conditioner was giving out hot air ,when I asked about this at reception I was told they where having problems with the air conditioning & I should turn it off & open the window,it was almost 30deg outside.I asked if I could book a table for dinner but was told the restaurant was full ,even though I was a solo guest ,would have thought they could have squeezed me in somewhere.Generally unhelpful .
Disappointing
Here's the translation into English:On the day of our stay, there was a wedding taking place at the hotel. Our room was directly above the event hall, and the noise was impossible to ignore. Despite our request to change rooms, no alternative was offered. Additionally, the hotel had recently been renovated, and there was a strong smell of paint in the room. The breakfast selection was also quite small and limited.
The receptionist spoke English very well (which seems to be rare in France, even when people work in the tourism-branche) and she was very friendly.
We got outbooked at another hotel and ended up in this hotel. Dirty stains in the curtains and in the carpet and dead bugs in the bed. The room was EXTREMELY hot. DON'T ever push the black button next to the light switches, 'cause it will activate the heater in the bathroom and you can't turn it off for 10 to 15 minutes, which makes the room even hotter. The fridge wasn't cold or even cool; it was hot and smelled like something was burning. We were told to pull out the plug of it, for everyone's safety. The staff would make a report about it 'the next morning' but I just read a few other reviews on Booking that mention the same problem, so they must've known about this issue for a long time and just aren't willing to do anything about it. The description says you'll get a room with a balcony and a view on the mountains, but the 'balcony' is like 3 centimers wide so you can't stand or sit on it. There's only a small little road between the hotel and the mountain, so your 'mountain-view' isn't a view with beautiful mountains in the distance, but just a very high natural wall :')
