Charming old hotel in a superb location. The restaurant overlooks the valley behind the hotel with a view down towards the gulf of Porto. The sunset was stunning! The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Friendly owner and staff. Plenty of free parking. Swimming pool (I didn't use it).

Rooms are very tired, outdated and basic. None of which I mind, particularly. However, my ensuite bathroom had a bath with a shower head but no rail to attach it to. Nor was there a shower curtain or screen. And the basin took forever to drain. With just a little investment to fix these simple things, I would have happily added an extra point or two on my overall rating of this place.

We were on a bike trip around Corsica, the location was perfect as our route was to go across corsica from West to East on D84. The place is typical of a older hotel and we really enjoyed it! The owner is very friendly, we also had a wonderful dinner at their restaurant with fresh local dishes. The owner was also very kind to offer a spot in his garage for our bike! Highly recommend the place and having dinner there to anyone wanting to spend time in Evisa!

Spectacular views from everywhere, our room, the pool, the panoramic dining room. Pleasant, efficient service, and a good dinner.

The hotel is quite old and needs renovation. Toilet outside the room.

Spectacular breathtaking view of mountains, hill towns and sea from my room and from restaurant terrace -- warm and welcoming staff -- great food in the restaurant -- close to awesome hiking and swimming in crystal clear streams -- highest recommendation!

Beautiful setting in the foothills of the Corsican mountains. Lovely clean, fresh pool to swim in after a day of walking. The hotel restaurant served delicious food and the panoramic scenery was stunning. The patron was a lovely gentleman who was a second generation owner and very proud of his property which was really nice to hear about.

Limited vegetarian options. En suite bathroom not brilliantly ventilated (but not an issue9

small room but ok for a night

Nice view, the rooms overlooking the mountains, the valley and the sea. Restaurant was international, with an amazing panorama. The personel was really kind. The hotel was close to some of the nicest places of Corse.

Swimming pool

Not clear when booking that breakfast was only available as part of half board. The owner told us that as we had not had dinner, breakfast was not available to us.

As expected, a little old fashioned but full of charm with a good pool area to relax in after a long walk through the woods and forests. Excellent restaurant with local dishes. very welcoming and cheerful host and staff. Fantastic location with views down the valleys to Ota and Porto and a great walking area.

A little dated perhaps and beds a bit on the small side

The view from the terrace and pool was lovely. Relaxing by the pool with the swifts flying around was beautiful. Evisa is a nice mountain town and we enjoyed the walk to the rock pools.

The bed was uncomfortable and the coffee at breakfast was terrible. The shower door was broken. We told the staff and they didn’t do anything about it. Rooms are small, functional and a little tired.

Parking available off the street - a rarity in many mountain towns. Easy to find. Quick and efficient check in. Although toilet down the hall it was great to have the shower and sink in the room. Large windows open to great views of the valley. No A/C but it was cool enough with the windows open. Very quiet. Restaurant available for breakfast and dinner.

For Corsica, which is very expensive, this hotel seemed very good value. A pool and pleasant garden and very acceptable basic room (en suite). The terrace restaurant had a stunning view across the village to the mountains beyond and the sea in the far distance; perfect for a breathtaking sunset. We found the owners and staff helpful and friendly.

Not sure exactly what the causes were but lots of mechanical noise at night. Not a problem for us but a 15 minute gentle climb out of the village centre.

We absolutely loved the place, super friendly staff. And the owners are super kind and helpful. They only speak French but we didn't find that a problem. The hotel is located on the most beautiful spot and has a really amazing breakfast and dinner spot with the best view in the whole area. The beds were super comfy and the room very clean. If we ever return we would definitely come back to this stunning hotel!

The only downside we could find was that in the shower we couldn't hang our showerhead. And no place to put our shampoo but on the ground.

Nothing really, but when you are late there is not a lot of choices in Evisa. .. would be probably ok for half the price
