Lovely, peaceful location. Large room with plenty of space for four people. Had a great evening meal & good breakfast.

The rooms was spacious and clean. The atmosphere was nice and the surrounding property was very scenic. Staff was friendly and we enjoyed ourselves

Instant booking was very helpful for us as we were travelling and needed somewhere we could check into quickly. The room was quiet and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was very basic and could have been better. The coffee and tea at breakfast were very poor.

The location was good, being not far from the motorway in a small village with atmosphere. The location had the potential to be pleasant, by a lake, and the staff were nice. We happened to stay on the night of a live band and it was a lovely spot to listen to live music, drink wine, and eat out by the lake.

The rooms were more than basic and smelt quite unpleasant. Being by a lake the mosquitos were also in abundance so opening the windows to let fresh air in was risky. The food was quite expensive for what we got and there were no other restaurants open in the village so we had no choice but to eat there. There was a good amount of breakfast.

Lovely setting for the rooms . cabin on lake looks lovely . Parking very good . Evening dinner very nice .

Beautiful French restaurant with warm atmosphere. The grounds were tranquil and the “floating” cottage was a real treat. This hotel had an unassuming entrance that opened up into a real surprise. The staff were very welcoming and could not to to much to make us feel at home.

The staff were brilliant, Paloma and Maxim....helpful, friendly, warm. Just what anyone wants after 300 miles on a motorbike. Let alone 2 old English blokes on their bikes. The food and service were exceptional. The property is uninspiring from the road but behind the facade is a gem. And a bonus of ridiculously secure parking.

Non existent sound insulation in motel style bedrooms with noisy plumbing from other rooms. Bathroom needed attention.

The food for dinner at the on site restaurant was good.

The room was more basic than we expected and the bathroom could do with updating.

We had an evening meal which was very good. Great location, quiet grounds, private parking. Accommodation was quite basic but good value for the price.

Great location, just a few kms from A10. Very secure parking. Sympathetically decorated rooms , each with different themes. Good restaurant for dinner and a good selection at the buffet breakfast to set us off on a northern direction to Brittany.

This is such an amazing tranquil setting, you can’t believe that your in a town. Watching the wildlife by the lake, priceless.Great choice in the restaurant and good value.

Breakfast is basic, the only let down.

Restaurant attached and parking outside your door. Kettle etc provided. Hen running free.

Not full curtains covering windows for privacy. Socket is placed too far down the floor level for a kettle boiling away. Hazard. Not enough sockets at table level for all our devices.

Good location in town not far from motorway. Very friendly English speaking staff. Wonderful dinner (on a Sunday. Lovely grounds with a terrace and duck pond.

The accommodation is a little basic in a block separate from the main building. Clean but could do with a bit of TLC.
