- The room wasn’t clean, only one pillow, one towel, no soap or showerlotion…A lot of noise in the morning
- Unfortunately my work plans got changed and as a good booking.com customer we had to speak to the hotel directly. We asked if we could cancel the booking as a one off , and we would of been returning at a later date, but the hotel rejected it ! I fully understand but as a returning customer was disappointed. Myself and my company will not be returning !

Big appartment, lots of space. Very helpful lady of the house. Dinner brought to the room due to closed restaurant.
I guess the pictures on Booking.com give a certain impression of a luxury castle, far away from traffic. On arrival the opposite was true and that's a disappointment leading to this review. It's next to a busy rondabout with many trucks accellerating. My bedroom had no windows and the bed was not very comfortable. Breakfast was very, very basic. Corona is an excuse as we had to use it in the room but it just showed no efforts of making it a bit special in any way. It was more like a survival package.
