Pros +
- The room was spacious, breakfast in the morning was good value
- A quiet hotel in a small town.Free parking at the front of the hotel.
- The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. This part was excellent!
Cons -
- Lack of wifi in room 1, had to move over to the other side to get a good connection. Staff were very helpful in organizing this.
- The room was very cold when we arrived and the heating was not working properly. It was sorted eventually. The room is a bit tired and old fashioned and the double bed is quite small.
- Dirty room that had a horrible stink coming from the bathroom, also not sure if they changed sheets and towels as they looked a bit dirty and the tissues in the bathroom were already used. Internet was inconsistent and did not even reach my room.

The location was nice and easy to reach. The hotel had a good parking space available. The room also had a very nice river view.
The room reeked of bleach. The bed sheets were clean but stained.
The property was located in a nice village with the restaurant with lake view and it was everything very clean. The staff I dealt with for the check in and check out were polite and professional. The hotel is in good working order.
We booked a garden view room but we got a parking view room. The room was connected to another room by a locked door but we could hear the other guests like they were in our room. The price was a bit too high for what we got.
Lovely and attentive staff both at the hotel and the restaurant. The room was clean, well equipped and the heating works well. The breakfast offered was delicious and the dining room has nice views of the canal.
The WiFi signal was not the best and the pillows weren't the most comfortable. The hotel is not that well connected as it's far from the train station, something to keep in mind.
The room was comfortable and very clean. The surroundings are so quiet that we could really enojy a restful night.
The location is very relaxing, the town is quiet and has a few dining options
Small rooms, no AC, had to open the window for cool air, meaning mosquitoes were invited in.Also, we had a flight cancellation and delay of over 24 hours, causing an unnecessary conversation with the property about cancellation fees and/or rebooking
Not flashy, but convenient and easy going. I was biking long distance, and as it had been raining all day, I asked if there was a hose and an electric outlet for charging my electronic gears. The lady at the reception had already offered to park the bike in a garage, but ut didn’t have what I asked for. Instead she generously asked: «Would you like to take the bike into the room?» Given the state of the bike, this was understanding beyond belief. She swapped rooms for one with a large «special needs» shower, and told me to do whatever I needed. Oh, yes: And there is a really nice restaurant and wine bar around the corner.
Good location about 2km from Canal Rhon-Rhin cycle path. Secure bicycle storage in locked garage. Modern room and bath. Very nice breakfast. Restaurant Le Brochet 50m down the street specialized in Alsatian cuisine and is recommended.
I booked online late in the evening, check was supposed to be open until 10pm. When I arrived The reception was all clos
Everything
Very nice place, comfy, everything you need.
We were going at Europapark with my mom and I saw people’s saying it was ~15min away but no, it was 30min. The place was also a bit noisy, a lot of road noise.
If you can't find an Europa Parc / Rulantica accommodation in Germany, this place in France is a great alternative. Within 30 minutes you can reach the parc.
they had a secure garage for our bicycles and we had a nice dinner there.
They did not provide any type of fan and we could not open the window at night because of mosquitoes. consequently, our room was very hot and stuffy. we could hear the TV on in the room next to ours before 5am. Bath gel dispenser in shower was empty.
nice location - 25 mins drive from Strasbourg center and 40mins from colmar center
breakfast is not good. 11 euro per person but not much choice. very mediocre
The hotel is nice and location is quiet. Room was alright Enough space for 1 person to stay comfortably, really nice views. I only have one dinner (Cesar Salad, small portion) there and it was great.
The room (number 2) was smelly as if someone has been smoking there. Towels are small and not good quality. Better towels will make such a good difference. Also a change on pillows will be great.
good location, nice area, quiet, friendly personel
would have liked a bath instead of shower
it was clean
the code from the outside door is writen on a paper and it was sticked to it with simple tape. we were with a child and she ripped of the paper from the keys. late at night, we came to hotel and the paper was missing from the keys. we spend much time to remember the code. there were no 24/7 customer service on the phone and of we could not remember the code, we would need to sleep in the car with a 1 year old baby. there need to be another way to give the code to the guests :(
Vary nice little hotel in extremely quiet area. Absolutely fantastic for the rest and perfect sleep. Nice restaurant with beautiful view.
Breakfast was nice but you have just a knife without fork...? One couple was struggling with two knives to eat but without much success...me too..
the building is old but the rooms are renovated and new. we had a view of the garden and lake. there is free parkingin front of the hotel & WiFi. check-in and out were uncomfortable . it’s a good stay if you’re travelling through.
the breakfast (11€!!! p.P.) was unreasonable and ridiculously expensive. they had barely any selection, eggs were almostgreenish. no water to drink at the “buffet”. i recommend you eat elsewhere honestly. not a good value for money.
