    Pros +

    • Breakfast includes scrambled eggs on request which is basically what I need. They also serve foods, some pastries, yogurts, etc. View from the room is green all around, which is lovely. The staff is super friendly! It's a great option to getaway as a couple for a couple of days. You definitely need a car here!
    • Very good and peacfull place, very atentive staff, breakfast could be better
    • The hotel suffered from poor maintenance. The design was once cool and sophisticated, but it hasn’t stood the test of time. The wardrobe door fell off when I opened it. Some of the lights in the room didn’t work. There were damp stains on the wallpaper in the bathroom, and the cleanliness was inadequate. The Wi-Fi connection was nonexistent. The breakfast was also below average. The staff members were nice and friendly and the views from the window were beautiful, but it wasn’t enough.

    Cons -

    • The room is very particular with wooden walls that you have to keep opening/moving - it's a bit awkward. The TV is not smart which I feel like is a bit unacceptable given their low price nowadays; the WiFi is okay, not great and may lag a bit while watching movies on your devices.
    • Breakfast need improuvment
    • 25€ fee per day for a middle size dog seems to be rather too much. Especially taking into consideration the location of the hotel (rural area rather than city district). Moreover, Spa is definitely not worth 25€ for an 1h circuit. Pool water was slightly cooler since hotel needs to warm it each time someone wants to use it.

Staff was really amazing, very kind, helpful and with a big smile. Breakfast was really above my expectations with a big variety of food, suitable for each interest.

Hotel is located in a beautiful area and environment of “bodega” in vineyards is why we picked this spot in a first place. Unfortunately it’s not as enjoyable in winter time, but I can see the charm.Breakfast was average, not bad.

The room: we didn’t like the concept at all. Moreover we did not really see the point of such an odd waste of space. “Bathroom” felt more like students dorm or cheap hostel than a 4* hotel. Cleanliness was not kept up with the standards either (mould on the walls, rusty shower heads and door hinges). I see this could be difficult for housekeepers to maintain due to the weirdest bathroom set up we have ever seen. It’s hard to explain that your shower and sink are actually in a wardrobe, made of cheap plywood that you need to set up yourself daily. I will attach some photos to be more literal, as we wish we have seen such photos ourselves prior booking. They called it modern, but it’s nothing to do with it. Bed and pillows were hard and personally I found them really uncomfortable. The room lights are inappropriate as well (neon lights), ac is really loud (we thought there was washing machine running over the night nearby) and really slowly warmed up to set temperature. Finally breakfast room was dusty and unclean in general.Huge room key ring which we didn’t understand either. Why would guests carry that around .. however we would rally not recommend this place.

We got a lovely welcome and were given lots of information which was really useful. The staff are extremely helpful and very friendly. Our room was big and the bed was really nice.

The dinner was quite expensive and the food was barely warm and lacked flavour, which was a shame.

Rooms were good and comfortable. The restaurant was very good. The breakfast was excellent and the location stunning

The bathroom could have been cleaner. I feel a 25 euro supplement for a 10k dog is excessive. Normally it’s €10-15

    3RichardPosted on: 10-31-2024

    Nothing positive to recommend it.

Very basic facilities, average cleanliness, shabby condition, below average restaurant, dreadful wine list (particularly given its location and claims), lacklustre staff.

    3LeahPosted on: 10-23-2024

    The view is nice

Staff are rude, interior is outdated with no proper bathroom and you can’t tour the vineyard (the whole reason we booked to stay here) unless you are a group of 6.

The hotel is located in a beautiful place, surrounded by olive trees and a vineyard. It's a lot of space inside. The interior is modern and stylish, making it pleasant to spend time both in the room and in the shared areas. The room is clean. We stayed on the first floor, and the view was absolutely stunning! The shower is a bit strange, but when you stay for a few nights, it's not a problem. The bed is big and comfy. Breakfast and dinner both were great. I can recommend T-bone for the dinner.I also highly recommend the winery tour. It was interesting and informative, and the wines were delicious.I will recommend this place to my friends.

A really different hotel, modern architecture and fun bedrooms. Great location on the vineyard, views amazing, fantastic food and wine. Staff were so helpful and friendly.

No tea and coffee facilities in bedroom

Beautiful, great location, good restaurant in the hotel

Air conditioner not working, room design is weird

    1DonnaPosted on: 9-1-2024

The property was sterile and unwelcoming. The property did not provide the level of service advertised on any level. The staff tried very hard to make up for the property shortcomings which were numerous.

Cold and sterile. No charm. Facilities were all an extra charge. Even being captive on property there was barely nothing offered outside of very limited operating hours. The “wine bar” was mostly disguised behind the reception desk almost trying to avoid having to service guests.

    Location

The AC was broken, the design of the rooms is odd, patio chairs are not comfortable. We were led to believe there would be a wine tour, but that did not occur.

    7SimonPosted on: 6-24-2024

Beautiful views from the room. The decor was very quirky all over the hotel and interesting and modern. The food was very good.

The decor in the room was tired looking and the toilet door handle was broken, although it was fixed quickly.

Rural location with lovely views, very unique room designs. We enjoyed a very nice massage but a pity spa was not included (had to pay extra).

Food was a bit disappointing, it was ok but would have expected higher quality for a 4 star hotel, breakfast choice was very limited. Aircon also didn't work properly so room was very warm.

The modern architectural design of the hotel and its location in the vineyards were stunning, as were the views from the hotel room. We loved the unusual, but thoughtful design, of the rooms and hotel.

There was no provision to take our 2 dogs to a place we could eat inside. Fortunately it wasn’t raining on the morning we had breakfast and we could eat on the garden terrace. For our evening meal we were not allowed to eat in the hotel with our dogs so we drove to a nearby town for tapas.
