kids had great time playing outside and in the indoor swimming pool. Bed was good enough, could be less soft.

Unfortunately the restaurant wasn't open during out stay, luckily we had only plan to have dinner there and that can easily be rearranged

The house is quite big, have sauna, hot tub, a lot of bedrooms, nice living room, outdoor tables, many offers many activities in the park.

Communication was really bad. They don’t allow dogs - even ir says upon request. I asked 3 times if we can bring our dogs and they only replied on my last message 2 days before check in that no. They ask deposit, which was not mentioned and few hours before check in they called that they havent received deposit, which I wasn’t aware of. Now I have to wait who knows how long that I will get my deposit back. They say up to 10 business days. Why it should be the maximum? Why you cant do that faster? A lot of room for improvement in service.

Perfect location for a relaxed and romantic getaway. Facilities of the wellness cottage were very good. Cottage is a bit bigger than it seems on the pictures, so we were pleasantly surprised. The view over the river and fields was beautiful.

The property was spacious with good internet and TV connections. The indoor swimming pool and speeltuinen were fun.

Due to the bad weather, the roads within the property were filled with water. There was no proper drainage system for the rain water. My car got stuck in the dirt and needed to be towed out. Many thanks to the technical help. Also the sliding door in our bungalow had problems. The one time I used it, it came off and needed a fix just around midnight.

We had a playground just infront of our door. It was excellemt for my kids to play while we enjoyed our cofee in our room

The ground were beautiful and lush, great for a lazy stroll, cycle, e-buggy or boat ride down the Regge River. Lots of families which was nice for the kids. Place felt safe and well maintained.The little shop was useful, but there’s also a Lidl and an Aldi a short drive away.We also drove into Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hauge whilst there; each trip took about two hours by car. Would have been very expensive by train.Lots of fun to be had on site, so a great place to spend time during the summer.

Mosquitoes were not a welcomed surprise

Loved how it catered for kids and the variety of activities and accommodation. They even had the camping cot, board games, puzzles, a big teddy bear. They also had cleaning equipment in the house to clean up the floor, which is great when you have a toddler. There are loads of various playgrounds for kids. The area is beautiful. Very clean and well organised. Would recommend to anyone. I wish we could have stayed longer than 3 nights.

It would have been nice to have a bit more information on whether there were barbecue facilities, what would be needed in the house, like dishwasher liquid, drying cloths. The toilet seat was off on one of the toilets, and the water kept running. The bunk beds did creak, but I think it's more for kids than adults. Perhaps it would have helped to state that the 8-person house is specifically up to 4 adults and 4 children. They were otherwise comfortable enough. Could have done with something to stop the flies coming in.

Spacious, modern and comfortable furniture, big garden

Bathrooms could be more modern and in the bathroom upstairs there was no washbasin. You had to go to another room (slapkammer) and wash your hands there. Necessities like toilet paper or soap to wash hands should be available from the property. In the double bed rooms there were no closets to put clothes up. We were there only for two days so it wasn’t a problem but people staying there a week shouldn’t have to live from the luggage for the whole stay.

It was calm

the communication between booking.com and the property was bad, this resulted in problems with the reservations

The cabin we had 171 tree house, bathroom had no basin.

The location is excellent. It is not very commercialized and offers a peaceful getaway

The beds are very uncomfortable and sauna was broken.

When we checked in to our chalet it was extremely dirty. We immediately went to reception and they were lovely about it and gave us a new place to stay. The park is lovey. It has everything for the kids to enjoy. We especially loved that there was a play ground on every street, an animal farm, and boat and bike rental options. We will defiantly stay again.

More transparency when booking. The property we choose had different photos than accommodation we were given upon checking in.

Nice and big

Floor was not clean. The breakfast came an hour late, at same time we needed to check out. Evening food order was also 30 min late.

The location is good, staff is friendly and helpful, there are quite a number of activities to keep kids active

The “comfort bungalow” is nowhere near to giving you any comfort. The bathroom stinks, kitchen is so out of date, beds are small and the room is very different than shown in the pictures. All equipment is so old, airflow heating makes a funny smell... It is so unfortunate that they have not modernized the bungalows...
