My wife and I love this hotel. Perfect location. Restaurant is delicious. Wonderful hotel staff. Had a small concern with parking but Nils the manager was very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended an additional night. Highly recommended and will be back.

Location, swimming pool and sauna. Quality of food in the restaurant and advice for pairing wines.

The best years of the hotel are already some while behind. We came here two times earlier in the last 7 years, but never again. Price/value is imbalanced. Unfriendliness of some of the staff is what sets the tone during our stay, the moodiness of the receptionist when we came late for the restaurant in the evening was if we were committing a crime… even though she didn’t inform it about closing time of the restaurant when we arrived.

Our suite, 503, was exceptional: spacious, nicely furnished, with a grand terrace to the Mosel. The dining room was grand, the staff the best! Lovely pool.

Fantastic hotel! Breakfast options were plentiful with eggs made to order. We stayed in the Lifestyle Suite which was huge with lost of space for our dog to move around in and clean with a good modern feel. It was quiet in the evenings and had a mini fridge in it with a few items to buy. The location was great also with the Mosel being a few feet away. We didn't eat dinner there, but the small bar was great and the bartender (curly reddish/brown hair) was really nice and made outstanding cocktails. Small parking lot, but we found a spot to park our car. Would definitely recommend the place and stay there again.

Just one minor detail. The room had a mini fridge which was great, but it needed to have the temperature turned up higher because it was hot outside and the drinks inside of the fridge were cool, but not cold.

Perfect location, right next to the river. Comfortable and very large room and very friendly staff.

Location to Christmas Market. Room was very large and nicely furnished. Breakfast was outstanding.

Everything was very good. Temperature in room hard to control so room was a little on the warm side.

Beautiful Art Deco hotel on the river. Staff friendly and helpful. Restaurant wonderful. Have stayed here three times and it always exceeds expectations.

Very nice hotel & restaurant. Located in city centre & splitted into several buildings. Very interesting concept with a touch of history. But you can find there also very modern rooms.

The architecture and furnishing touches.

No air conditioning on very hot days. No elevator in remote building of our room. Had to leave windows open with a fan, but very noisy in parking lot outside. A two block walk to the main hotel for breakfast and again steps with no elevator. Low value for what we received.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, extremely comfortable bed!

The facilities were great. We had a nice large room with a great bathtub and AC. The wine list was excellent.

Fantastic hotel in gorgeous location. We were upgraded to a junior suite. Spa facilities were excellent. Staff very friendly. We had the 4 course evening set menu, which was superb for me having the fish option and my wife having the vegetarian option. The wine accompaniment for my meal was great too, with local wines being paired with each dish. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, such a pity that we were only staying one night. Love to come back and explore the beautiful village of Traben-Trarbach.

It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel, beautiful interior, friendly and attentive staff, nice spa and the restaurant dinner and breakfast was excellent!Beautiful location, easy to find parking. Highly recommended for anyone to go, we will go again!!
